I used a vehicle from Enterprise after my vehicle was in the shop for repairs. Customer service was great! I picked up and dropped off with Juan. He was very kind and professional. The vehicle was clean and had plenty of fuel. Thank you Enterprise!

********* CAUTION ********* Probably a good place to not believe what you're told. When you call the local number you very likely will not be speaking to the this place. I speak from the pain of experience. I called on Sunday made a reservation for Tuesday noon. I was told I was getting a mid-size sedan. I took a uber from Hondo to pick it up Tuesday. When I ask about picking up my rental I was told they had no car for me. I explained about the reservation etc.. He kept insisting I never call there. The young man told me that he was NOT going to give me a car. After a very frustrating 5 minutes I had no choice but to leave. BTW He had all my information in the computer so I know he knew. This boy had been my employee and I heard how he talked to a customer, he'd be out of a job. This was a experience that nobody should have to deal with. NEVER EVER AGIN WILL I CALL ENTERPRISE.

Kendall was simply awesome. She had just the vehicle I needed while my truck was in the shop for repairs. She took the time to explain everything to me, and even let me know if a rental truck was available. I recommend Uvalde Enterprise to everyone I know that may need a rental, and I will definitely rent from them again. Courteous and friendly service is always a huge deal for me, and the people there were great! 5 Stars for sure!

I was desperately needing a rental car on short notice because my own car had to be put in the shop and I was 40 miles from home. Sierra was on duty and was able to get me into a rental and on my way . The car was in exceptional condition and a joy to drive and use. I will definitely return to Enterprise for all my rental needs.

I had made this reservation two weeks before for an economy car. I had also asked to be picked up at 11:00 am. I didn’t hear from any one so I finally was able to get a ride to the location at noon. When I arrived I waited another 45 minutes for my car. I was called outside and saw that I was being given a minivan. I asked the attendant about the economy car and she said that was all she had and I could take it or leave it. I had no choice since I was already running late. This location is not very good and the employees are rude.

Never again..the girls are rude especially after you question" why would you show as having inventory when you dont?"answer:"we had 2 cars coming back before we close at 6pm, after 530pm".."why didnt you call me to let me know you didnt have inventory?"-answer:" we didnt call because we thought 2 clients would bring back their vehicles between 530 and 6pm but they dont answer our calls"..."Is there anything else i can borrow?"-answer" as you can see our lot is empty, we have no vehicles"(After seeing a white rental van on the lot, that i have borrowed in the past). One of them asked to see my card to make sure it was the right kind of credit card..i told her it was..it was one iv used MANY times with Enterprise and Hertz. Which was pointless to do since they were not offering any assistance. i called costumer service and they saw that their inventory was marked as "sold out" around the same time i had arrived for a vehicle i reserved. When i had first called they had "available 2 vehicles". And the service rep told me she had to apologize and go with what the locations says"sold out". And there was nothing i could do there. They asked me to go to the other location 2 hours aways. I let them know i was on a last minute emergency ride. I had to go through the whole week hitching rides during my fathers funeral services and errands. This tiny town doesnt have U er or Lyft, nor taxis..i was and still am very upset and embarrassed And to find another ride to the airport in San Antonio which was another 2 hours away from town. Not coming here to this location. And i suggest calling the location after making reservations to make sure they actually have inventory AVAILABLE..or they will will make you feel like a fool for stopping in, waiting and waiting your time and other's. And to whom ever wants to waste my time to apologize, leave it for the birds..talk to your staff instead and find a new efficient, more respectable way to running that location. Thank you for the humiliation during a rough moment my family was already enduring.

Worst customer service ever! Was the first customer of the day for a 9 o’clock pick up, an hour later the girl finally comes from the back “from washing cars” only to tell me that because she could not verify my address so she couldn’t rent me a car. I guess a toll road bill with my name from the state of Texas toll roads isn’t good enough, oh and my matching DL address.

I was skeptical when I read the multiple negative reviews as a few years ago I rented from this location a couple times and never had an issue. However, I made a reservation several days ago for a full size truck, but when I arrived they notified me they only have a small truck or a minivan. Definitely not what I asked for and now I have to rearrange my entire weekend due to their incapability to complete their job properly and efficiently.

I've never had a problem with this location. The girls are super friendly and extremely helpful when it comes to my rental needs. No matter what, they always get the job done! I have to mention Justine because she is a total rock star when it comes to customer service! She went above and beyond to meet my needs and made my experience a pleasant and memorable one. I have also noticed that the atmosphere of the office has been more pleasant in the last few weeks. Everyone there seems to be doing a great job and I can't wait to return for my next rental! Keep up the great work, ladies. Y'all are simply wonderful to do business with.

I made my reservations 3 months in advance. On the day I was scheduled to pick up my car I received a message saying my car wouldn't be ready till the afternoon because I made my reservations the night before. I called and informed them that my reservations were made 3 months in advance. We did get our care that AM. We rented the car for a week and since Monday (5/30) was a holiday Justine told us no problem we could return car on Tuesday. She never mentioned that we would be charged an extra day for turning it in on Tuesday. I have made several calls and have asked that the manager call me but no one has called me. I have also tried calling several times and no one answers the phone. I guess they are monitoring their calls. I am very disappointed with the service we have gotten from Uvalde Enterprise.
