I sat on hold for over 15 minutes only to get a recording that said "your call cannot be transferred." Ridiculous.

Terrible service. I was in a collision and tried to book a rental at this location. I explained to them that my physical drivers license was lost in the collision and that I had purchased a new one. I showed proof of a temporary license, I also brought a physical passport to confirm my identification and showed a picture of the valid drivers license that i had lost in the collision. They still denied my rental. They stated they needed a physical drivers license but had no explanation as to why because I very obviously had proof that I was a licensed driver. I went to a different location to book my rental and the Bastrop location for some reason told the different location that I was an unlicensed driver. I would not recommend this location if you are looking for a place with flexibility.

Great experience. My car died and I needed something ASAP to get to work until my car was repaired. They had a car available and i was able to pick up same day no problems. The only issue was it was a Saturday and they couldn't pick me up at my apartment to get the car because they were short staffed. That wasn't a huge problem because I lucked out and ordered a lyft for cheap. Check in experience was easy, drop off was super easy. Would recommend, excellent customer service.

I had to put my truck in the body shop for repairs from an accident. The insurance company arranged for me to have a replacement vehicle from this Enterprise location. In the beginning, they weren't able to get me another truck, but I had a Chevy Equinox for a couple of weeks. I went in to see them when I realized how long the thing was going to take, and ask to see if they could find something bigger, and just a day or so later they called up and said they had a Chevy Silverado. They were very responsive and interested in making sure that I had a vehicle that I could be comfortable with. I will definitely go back to Enterprise if I ever need to rent another car.

Very helpful in getting us a rental car after my sports car was wrecked. The car was clean and ready go, our sales person was polite and told us everything we needed to know.

The folks at Bastrop Enterprise were SO accommodating and friendly! The car I reserved was not available when I came to pick up and I was offered a bigger vehicle at the same price. We were so thankful because everything we needed to take wouldn’t have fit in the one we reserved. Turned out to be a big blessing for us and we were so comfortable. Best Christmas ever!

The office and people are great. I have always had a great experience. My most recent rental saw a massive price increase. The increase was so drastic that I will have to reconsider any future rentals till the prices are back to a normal rate. It's really sad when the lowest level car is more than double it's previous rates.

Austin Tx Lamar Location. Horrible business rental associates. I came from CA to TX on vacation. The airport lost my luggage, my flight was late coming in which had my credit cards on it. (Yeah. I know). I called Enterprise rental and told them exactly what happened. The associate told me it would be fine they can verify if I had my ID and a picture of my credit card which I do and I could pick up my reservation the next day. We drove in a taxi 1 hour away from where I'm staying to pick up this car. Once I got there they had a completely different story. No sympathy, no remorse, and didn't even "see what they could do." If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are so unprofessional, didn't care I'm 1000s miles away from home with no way to get around. So I came to Texas to stay in a hotel room. Thanks Enterprise my kids enjoyed their vacation from the hotel. We totally weren't going to go site seeing or anything like that. Horrible Horrible Horrible business rental place. Horrible! I will NEVER rent from them!

We recently rented a 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan from Enterprise while our vehicle was in the shop for repairs. We could not have had a better experience. The vehicle was immaculate and met all expectations.
