I had a package I sent out & needed it returned due to fraud transaction. The store Mgr was extremely helpful and understanding. He went above the call of duty ! Saved me a big loss!

I had the misfortune of being threatened service refusal by an employee or manager or owner who assured me he knew what he was doing which I had no doubt of. We agreed that our attitudes were unappreciated. Another customer in the store said to me "Ma'am, the customer is not always right" and then I remembered that I'm an old lady in their eyes and am viewed by them to not knowing much. It was an unfortunate experience for us both one that I hope won't happen again.

The customer service at this UPS store is excellent, they are fast friendly , helpful and very clean. Great management too, sometimes it gets very busy and lines back up, but they know how to handle everything quickly. Thank you UPS Bastrop!
