Always love going to this parts store, which says a lot! Employees are always helpful and respectful. I generally hate getting parts when my husband needs them so going here takes a lot of stress out of the process.

Very professional and polite staff. Super knowledgeable and and a full stock of odds and ends. If you cannot find it you are looking for then ask the people at B&B NAPA in Historic Downtown Bastrop.

So, my husband and I were on our way to Austin. Our car started making a noise so we stopped here and the man who helped us was GREAT! He didn’t have the part we needed but wrote down what it was. He went out and looked at our car with my husband. Highly recommend because of the service.

I just wanted to say that last night I was in a pinch and needed a few things and even though I got to B&B Auto Supply right at closing they helped me out so much, they were very nice and I appreciated it more than they could imagine. I was fixing a truck on the side of the road and needed a tap and some wrenches as I was over an hour away from my shop. Those few little things helped me complete the job and get the driver back on the road. This was 02/17/2022 right at 6pm so thank you to the lady and gentleman that were working and could tell I desperately needed the help.

Always great service. Had to go in for oxygen and acetylene. Was fast and easy. Only bad thing was the price for acetylene jumped way up so may be changing to propane lol.

First and last time I come into this place, they shouldn't even have the NAPA name if you're not honoring their return policy and prices. I bought a battery at a NAPA store while on the road and couldn't take the core to the same store but they told me keep the receipt and take it to any other NAPA so I came to this one and they tell me they do not belong to NAPA so they won't do anything for you. They don't even take used oil like any of the other parts stores. I would never buy from them again.

I may have a biased opinion because i am also a FT employee, but this is THE spot in Bastrop to get hydraulic hose made, get top of the line parts for your hedge trimmer or riding mower while perusing the latest and greatest selection of new Sthil, Echo, Snapper, Briggs and Stratton and much more!! All with a service and knowledge to rival any of the other parts stores in town. Stop on in and see for yourself why they call it NAPA KNOW HOW!

This place is the best, and if you have a need for automotive parts or mowers/chainsaws/trimmers/etc, this is your best bet. These folks are awesome and polite and will help you any way they can. If they can't, they'll point you to someone who can.

Understand that this is not a true "Napa Store." They can get you Napa parts (usually in a day or two) but they do not even honor the prices you see on their website for Napa parts. I ordered a Napa battery and it did come the next day but was charged $5 more than the listed price and they refused to honor the listed price from their own website. Good thing we have other options in town

Kent was awesome went in for some simple AC cooler for wrangler and with a tip got AC working again and didn't have to replace AC motor. They know their stuff and was super helpful. Even helped me when he didn't have to. Businesses like this are awesome.
