Ordered 2 PWC batteries on line. Sorry to say that according to the manufacturer date, one was 10 months old and the other was 9 months old. New old stock.

Usually do not go there because its always slow. More people stocking or whatever. Frustrating....however I found myself w a burned-out wheel bearing in your parking lot On my work trailer. Went inside to inform manager that I was leaving it there to run to big tex for a bearing. I brought the bearing that had failed, with no numbers on it, in the store. I think her name was Maria took a look at it and brought me to isle w bearings and produced a match ! Saved the day for me at 4.45 pm. Things seemed to have changed there for the better.

Actually didn’t want to come here and hubby was wanting to spend money on stuff for wants besides needs. Hope and Frankie are amazing. Not sure if they were tag teaming customers and phones at the same time but those ladies are beast! My husband and I greatly appreciate their help. I get everyone has their own things going on and are on a tight schedule but the ladies handled a rude customers well. Not sure if these get viewed but thanks again ladies. Not sure how to spell Frankie properly she didn’t have name tag!

Very helpful staff. Came there for batteries and not only did they not pressure me into buying anything I dont need, they also insisted on changing the batteries for me. Rare to find such good customer service.

Raul is rude and does not want to help people. We needed a 10 mm wrench to reset the battery on my husband's truck and there were none on the shelf. We asked if they had one we could borrow and Raul said they did not have one to loan out. They change people's batteries everyday so I know they had one behind the counter. We made a purchase of $100 in additional parts. They could've let us borrow a wrench for a few minutes.

I went into the store because i was having issues starting my Volkswagen and thought it was my battery. They tested it and my battery was good. I played with some fuses and my car would not start after. I thought i was screwed since im not too familiar with cars but Raj came out and checked all my fuses and replaced the fuse I put in the wrong spot... My car started right up! I really appreciate Raj’s help and knowing that he’s willing to take the extra step! Definitely will be shopping here from now on! Thanks!

If you like to: Be ignored. Wait in line for excessive amounts of time. Never get your phone call answered. Then this is the place for you! There are never more than two people near the counter and they seem to always be filling commercial orders. There is no sense of urgency to help any customers waiting. Management needs to re-evaluate their model of customer service. This store is severely lacking.

My check engine light came on so I stopped into Autozone for a diagnostic. It came back as my Mass Air Flow sensor. Edward and Brenda were great at explaining how to clean it and getting the product for me. Edward even showed me where it was located on my car! I had a ton of questions and they both were patient and informative. I never would have expected such great customer service at an auto parts store but they went above and beyond!

Pretty decent experience... thankfully their A/C was on full blast to counter the insane 93°F with real feel of 101°F... the store was clean and had the about usual amount of customers (6-8)... Destiny (the CSR who took care of my automotive needs) seemed to know enough about what she was selling and was pretty quick to find the parts that I needed... on this occasion a total of just under $90... very straightforward, concise and to the point...
