Patient service, doing her best after a rough morning, the clerk still smiled and was gracious despite a mad cook and temperate customers. Food was good but not great as I remember, wife had semicooked chicken fried steak but at least it wasn't raw! Sure, I'd return for another meal, especially if I was having to wait over an hour at Discount Tire... 😂

Drove thru for a quick bite. Line went pretty Quickly. Cashier was friendly. The tacos were fresh and tasty and the best ice cream

Worst experience i think I've ever had at a fat food restaurant. It took 25 minutes to get a steak sandwich and a order of onion rings. Will never come back and will tell everyone I know same thing.

Took FOREVER!!! Way longer than whataburger. The kids meal burger had so much salt I wasn't able to eat it, it also had to much mustard the patty slid off the meat. The cashier was nice and did give a discount on next purchase. (Said new cook in training so hopefully they read and lighten up on the salt and mustard).

Wow I do not know how an order can be messed up so bad! If you do not have anymore pride in you work than to listen, and put the order together then just shut the doors. Ordered steak fingers and the gravy was smashed in the bottom of the box 4 out of 4 burgers were wrong 2 chicken strip meals were steak fingers missing 1 drink and did not get any extras that were ordered. 3rd time this has happened so will not be burned and my money wasted again will not be back and just need to shut the doors.

How is it possible to over cook the burger. Dairy Queen is one of my favorite fast food spots. The blizzard was already melting so it was not turned upside down which is a custom for this restaurant. Customer service was great though. A little improvement and they'll be at 5 stars in no time!

The food was good. Ordering and paying took 0 time and then they asked me to pull up and theyd bring my food out shortly. I sat for 25 minutes before someone came out and asked if I was still waiting. I replied yes, she went back in. Waited another 10 minutes and was ready to leave a bad review, when the girl came out with my food, lots of apologies, and a couple free cone coupons. There was some sort of mishap with my order, and I understand that sometimes sh*t just happens. I appreciate the acknowledgement of the issue and the attempt at making up for it. And did I mention the food was good? Ill be back.

The young woman who waited on me at the window was awesome. I got banana splits and a burger and they were delicious! My husband loved the jalito ranch burger. I will definitely be back
