I use the app to order ahead. They have not messed up an order yet. Definitely friendly. The only complaint I have, is when standing at the counter for a refill or to ask for sauce, I always have to say "sir", or "miss", to get someone's attention.

My wife an I come back from some errands around Houston most of the day, tired and with our restless pup. Decided to stop by Chick-fil-A in Livingston for a quick meal. Note: very first time to eat at this location. Also noticed since their opening they have been busy. This day for some reason was completely under par! We ordered a spicy sandwich meal with waffle fries and tea, plus a spicy sandwich with the peach shake, also a small grilled chicken bowl for our pup. Literally most undesirable food we could have ordered! First they shorted us one sandwich, went in and the young girl questioned my complaint. After a trip back to our car she finally completed our order. Once on the road and wanting to enjoy our meal we were hit with the worst chicken sandwich ever, a sandwich that has been under a heat lamp for possibly hours with a sauce that has soaked into the bun along with 3 soggy pickles. Before leaving their parking lot we both decided our $20 sandwich meal could have went further at Chicken Express on an 8 piece with rolls and would make 2 meals. Lesson learned, done with Chick-fil-A!

I don't give many 5 stars, but this location met our expectations for this chain. They are very consistent. 5 stars is for service and food that knocks your socks off.

Well it is becoming a constant problem of the staff not placing all of your order in the bag.. 4 Times now this has happened.. They drive through is now no longer operating like others.. In the morning's it works like any other drive through pulling up to a menu placing your order So make sure you check. your order before leaving.. I used to brag on this place always being the 1 place that got it right without issues. Now they have dropped the ball to many times for me to waste time in line and then have to worry about getting all I paid for. Yea you say check your bag ...better yet I'll go.where.i don't have to.worry about that.

Came thru the drive thru. Always a pleasant experience at a Chick-fil-A. I would like to finish my order before questions but otherwise okay. But!! When waiting for our order, we watched two people at the big outside trash bins. Nobody washed their hands before coming in and yet the one guy had some kind of tablet and was messing with it. All those trashy germs coming back into the store. Ugh!!!

This a new restaurant in Livingston. Typical Chick-fil-A. Bigger than most. Clean, great service and friendly staff. Did not order waffle fries since they are soggy and limp, the same at all Chick-fil-A. Wish they would offer the older crispy waffle fries. Not sure why they changed 2 to 3 years ago. I bet their frys sells are down.

We love Chick-Fil-A! We love the food. We love the service. We love this new CFA for the ease at getting in and getting through the drive through. Staff was awesome-friendly, professional and quick. This location is great. Add another stop on our trips across Texas.

This was my first visit to the Chick-Fil-A in Livingston, TX. We went at the lunch time rush. Despite being super busy the workers were friendly and moved the line through efficiently. Our food was hot fresh and made to order. We had chicken nuggets, chicken strips, waffle fries, and a cookies and cream milkshake. Everything was delicious and fresh. We will definitely be going back to this Chick-fil-a restaurant in Livingston.

It wasn't too busy at the time of our visit and most of the tables were dirty. My chicken sandwich was cold, my fries were undercooked and my wife's nuggets we burnt pretty bad. Overall it is fast food so that's about what you would expect especially with the place being fairly new.

Quick drive thru less than 10 min, kind employee, order was correct. I would have liked our fries to have been cooked a little longer. We did get an extra side of Holy Spirit for free 😊. We love our new Chick fil A. We will be back. Since they where out of their sauces we paired it with Whataburger Spicy Ketchup.
