We’ve been going to this chick fil a for years and have never not once had an issue of any kind!! The staff handled the pandemic with expertise poise and professional courtesy like no one else. As long as we live near this location we will continue going to this location!

Food is excellent. Inside service is efficient and friendly. Two lanes of ordering to go is odd because merges into one lane - only one pickup window. Also hard to get in to dine in because small lot with two lanes of to go ordering. Nobody can brat an original chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A. It's the secret way they make it. And the waffle fries are bomb - not greasy or too salty. Probably the healthiest fries in all of the fast food kingdom.

Amazingly customer focused team! We were late picking up an order we placed online using the app. It was entirely our fault but none of that mattered to this crew - they made sure our order was hot and fresh and correct. They really took care of us when they didn't have to and we're very appreciative of the customer service we received.

if the customer order extra and you don't hear it, the least you can do is make it easy to correct or make up for it not to make it harder with a bad attitude, manager also should recognize the situation and use corrective measure. Asking for a recipe to confirm that we didn't pay for cheese is unnecessary. I don't want free cheese and don't mind paying for it, however, the approach to solve the issues at hand was an F.

Always a great experience. I have NEVER had anything wrong with any of my orders (I usually order for 4-5 people). Whatever system they have in place works better than any other fast food place. Even when they have 2 lanes lined up with cars I know I won't spend longer than 5-10 minutes from placing an order to picking it up.

Tonight’s service from the team was wonderful as usual with the exception of tonight’s manager. We were in the window waiting to pick up our order and asked for an add on (a brownie) and we were quickly and rudely interrupted with “we are closed!” It was not what was said, but it was said. The young man helping us was apologetic about the interruption by the manager. While we were waiting she continued to give us side eye and snickering through the window with it wide open.

This location is the best! Larisa took really great care of us. Great character. Did the job with a can do attitude. I ordered late and she executed my order to perfection, despite it being the last hour open. My suggestion, as an experienced business man, is that she be immediately promoted to general manager of this location! Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with my experience at this location.

No one does it like Chick Fil A! My mother and two young daughters went inside to eat while I stayed in the car with my napping toddler. I asked my mom to order food and bring it out to me when they were done. A lovely employee named Veronica offered to bring food all the way out to my car in the next parking lot over.( not a short trek) It was so kind and thoughtful. What a great experience ❤️

Chicken nuggets were awesome with the schiracha sauce. Soft and tender with just a little crisp. Girls at the window made a quick last minute request and delivered promptly. Location at 281 north and Loop 1604 is always good to us. You won't be disappointed visiting here.

I have been eating Chick fil A since the 1980s. The quality has gone down in the last 5 years but its still ok. I always get an extra sandwich to eat the next day. Today i went to heat my extra sandwich and it had 2 small pieces of chicken instead of 1 large one. I have NEVER had that happen before. Quality is not what it used to be at all.
