Two times in a row my experience with pizza hut has been bad. My pizza was uncooked and there was a hair in my pasta and the wing's a disaster.mi kid's like pizza hut but I don't recommend it. I think I need to change pizzas.if they don't do nothing about it,and check on there stuff. My simple opinion

i ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra sauce and received a pizza with virtually no sauce at all. i actually had to look under the toppings to check if they put sauce on it at all. it was basically cheese, pepperoni and dough. no real flavor. i order pizza often from here and the extra sauce request is always hit or miss, same with extra cheese.

I ordered a Large Pan pizza with regular sauce, regular cheese, half pepperoni, half bacon, half pineapple. The pizza had way too much sauce, it was literally dripping with sauce and had barely any cheese. there were lots of bare spots where it was nothing but sauce and no cheese. We were hungry and did not want to drive all the way back to the store so we just dealt with it. Overall it was not a great experience, ended up throwing away half the pizza.

I nearly paid $20.00 for a stuff crust pizza. That had no cheese and was cold..super dissatisfied..workers inside were slamming kitchen tools and look Luke are unhappy with their job...I literally through the pizza in the trash were it belonged...please look at cameras at the store there is no way my pizza was baked properly..it taste and look disgusting..

Last time I ordered delivery, they said they brought it to my house and I didn't answer the door. They went to the wrong Apts. This time I thought I would try again and went outside to wait after I placed my order online. When I came in I saw they called and they said they changed it to carryout and just canceled it. When I looked at my bank account I was charged twice-once for delivery and once for carryout. And got nothing. The girl answering the phone said she was the owner and was yelling at me that I should have answered my phone. Corporate is no help. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've ordered pizza two times from this location. Both times the pizza was absolutely awful. There will not be a third time. Unfortunately, this location is the only one that delivers to my home. I will drive the extra few miles to pickup from the other location. It's interesting how two locations of the same pizza chain can be so opposite in quality.

Ordered pepperoni with extra cheese and light sauce . Recieved an hour later,The wrong pizza. Loaded with sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. Informed them if the mistake and was told I would have to wait an additional 45 minutes to an hour for them to replace it? Customer service at its finest! I asked if there was any way to expedite this order and was told straight out no ! We have 5 orders in front of you. Again great response . This concludes any future purchase from me with this Pizza hut.

So let me tell you about my last two hours dealing with trying to order at pizza hut. Around 2:30 this evening I attempted to make a purchase of two pizzas from Pizza hut via their app and consistently got an error(picture attached) I called corporate and tried to see what was going on and just got the run-around. It was now nearly 3:30 and still could not put in an order. Somewhat amazingly when you add another pizza your 7.99 pizza suddenly becomes 10.99 for no reason. So I was forced to place two separate orders (and they make you wait for 5 minutes before you can place another) now here is where I started to get really mad. My first pizza came out MISSING BELL PEPPERS so now I'm waiting for them to make another. Apparently it is impossible for then to give you the advertised price in multiple instances including that they can't honor their app price in store and apparently a 7.99 pizza on the app is not always a 7.99 pizza. watch out people pizza hut is desperately trying to screw you out of your money on their app. Worst experience dealing with any food company in my life. It's now nearing 5:05 and my first pizza has come out of the oven still waiting for the second.
