I've ordered from the Manor location three times, each time the food is delivered right away and my order is always hot and everything is correctly made.

Michael took my phone order. He was very helpful and friendly AND he brought the pizzas to our vehicle. The food was great but the customer service was even better.

Everytime i order from here they mess something up, and theyre wings are disgusting at this location. I order from pizza hut all the time back home and have no problems. This is a rediculous location and im bummed out because its the only pizza hut intown i just moved here

They messed up my order. I called to let them know & they laughed and said “there is nothing we can do!” Than they delivery guy dropped my 2L soda and said he would bring me another one. And never did. I called back to ask if I was going to get my soda & they said that’s not on us and hung up on me. So I payed extra and didn’t even receive everything I ordered! And was calm about it and meanwhile they where laughing and being rude. So 1 star for me!

The food was fine, this review is about your absolutely lazy and corporate-serving price cutting tactic to use DoorDash as an outsourced contractor since you refuse to pay drivers enough to employ and retain them. I was notified by DoorDash's system that my order arrived about 15 minutes after it was actually left. Please quit using outsourced contractors, if I didn't have a camera doorbell it would've been out there that entire time. Afterwards, your totally-concerned-with-bugs-getting-on-my-food DoorDash contractor decided to text me "Wonderful :)" after I told them they texted me more than a half hour after my food was delivered. I shouldn't need to get a 15-minute late text from DoorDash's system, a 30-minute passive aggressive text from the contractor, and no text at all from your system that my food has arrived. Pay your drivers more and you'd have more drivers without an outsourcing line item on your PnL, expensable or not.

Highly disappointed! The fact that they saw this burnt cheese pizza and packed and delivered it to my family like this makes it worse!

Placed an order and it was confirmed at 7:26. Just received a call from a lady that informed me she received my order at her house (very nice thing to do.). Not only did she not receive the meal she ordered, I didn’t receive anything. No call from Pizza Hut after the lady called to let them know…I had to call them. It’s 9:00 now. I understand staffing shortages but this is unacceptable. The person on the phone was decent and apologetic and asked if I’d like to have them restart the order. That’s a hard no. This is last time I’ll order from this Pizza Hut—I’ve had too many bad experiences.

I echo the review of Andrea. Although the edge-to-toppings is bad, I haven't gotten one that bad before. The deep dish at this location is hand tossed thick at best. Otherwise their food and flavor is very good, and service is decent. I worked at a hut many years ago. Other locations do it right, but they keep missing at manor. I try again every 6 months or so but has yet to improve. So I'll have to resort to their competitor across the street or drive to another location.

Tried to order delivery from here and they insisted they don’t deliver to me even though everyone of my neighbors has ordered delivery from them before. I’m only a couple of lights away from the actual store but have no car today. This is disappointing as the girl on the phone was like we don’t deliver there I asked why and told her my neighbors order from them and her response was “I don’t know why but we don’t deliver there.” Several neighbors have confirmed they have had delivery from Pizza Hut ON MY STREET. I did already speak to the manager and she is the one who insisted they didn’t deliver to me. As a manager you should be able to investigate more and get it right because the website even confirms that we are in the delivery range.

I keep hoping that my order will be better the next time I order from here but it seems to just get worse. This is one of the pan pizzas I received tonight. The last time I ordered, every single piece was cut unevenly. One piece was smaller than the palm of my hand. Clearly there is absolutely no quality control or care for the product sent out to customers. I would be absolutely embarrassed if this was my pizza sent to someone’s home. Aside from the friendly delivery drivers, it seems like nobody at this location takes any pride in their job. Your work is a reflection of your work ethic and if you’re okay with consistently sending out poorly made food then get a new job.
