I had a pleasant experience at this location, my car needed a battery change it left me stranded in the Walmart parking lot. Angel an employee did an outstanding job helping me thru this situation even though it was near 9pm closing time, he even changed my remote battery and was super nice while helping me because of Angel I will be returning here soon thanks

Never has anything in stock and constantly rotating through new employees. I cannot get customer service in the store and they cancel online orders. Going to an advanced further in town is definitely the way to go.

My car remote battery needed replaced. The girl working went above and beyond to get me tools and helped to get my remote open so I could figure out which battery I needed. I finally got it open and replaced the battery, so no more frustration of it working part of the time.

My experience was awesome even on a horribly hot day... My battery died at the What A Burger next door and i had no idea what to do i saw the AAP... and let me just say the staff was so nice and helpful not just to me but everyone, but ROLANDO is the absolute best. He showed me things i had no idea that happened to my car, and help me find the "sunshine" on my rainy day. He helped replace my battery and gave friendly convo... Didnt have money tip him but i thought this review would be great too. True definition of great customer service. He needs a raise or his very own brand new set of tools lol....thank u Mr Rolando u saved my son and i on the 97° day lol

Nah....these people cant handle the packages at their UPS 'access point' location, and dont seem to care. Ill admit that I wasnt there to buy auto parts....but the package valued at $4000 sure wasnt there, and homeboy who came in off his break high as can be didnt seem to be bothered.
