I rented a car from this location that was filthy when I was picking it up. The owner kept saying that he had cleaned it but there is no way that it had been cleaned. The interior hadn't been vacuumed or wiped down and the exterior was far from clean. My brother then tried to rent vehicle and was told this location does not follow Budget/Avis ADA services. You can't get a car to drive if you are disabled.
