Amazing and prompt service!! Called for a tow and described my vehicle wouldn't start and my dash was throwing multiple error messages. Almost immediately they told me what they thought the issue might be in an effort to help so I didn't request an unnecessary tow. Unfortunately, I had limited resources so I still need the tow. Tow truck came within 15 minutes of me calling. Instead of instantly hooking up my vehicle to tow to the shop, the driver checked to see if the suspected problem was the issue (bad battery) and brought a jump pack. Bingo! Started right up and error messages started to disappear. How refreshing to interact with a company that was helpful, honest, and prepared. Thank you Steve and Nick!! Highly recommend - hopefully, I don't get stranded again in Morristown but if I do, I know who I'm calling! Service: Battery service

I was looking for another auto service center after having had enough of dealerships and the national chains and I decided to give Milelli's a try. I met Steve, the owner, and was he was very polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything, answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the prices and options for parts. Work was completed quickly and I was extremely happy with the quality of the work and the price! They also have a towing service, which is good to have in an emergency. I highly recommend Milelli's and will be using them again!

They take care three cars in my household (one of which seems to be always in trouble). They always make time and take care of our issues right away. I've also had emergency issues that they dropped everything to fix. I had an issue a few months ago when we had just started on a long road trip to a wedding. Had a flat, the spare was rusted in. We had to get towed to the shop. I called Steve and asked for some urgent help. They took us in, cut out the spare, fixed the flat and gave us a spare tire in case we had an emergency. All within an hour. They are good people. I highly recommend them!

Naturally we were inclined to move with him and we are glad we did, to no surprise, Steve and his team have the same values and ethics as Tom did at First Choice. The service is the best because his team has excellent experience and care about the work they perform, unlike the dealerships who just have (unqualified) bodies. Steve has a team which care about properly diagnosing the problems and correctly fixing them, not just throwing parts at your car and hoping for the best. If there is an issue, he takes care of it period. His prices may be a bit higher than others in town but there is a reason he has loyal repeat customers and an influx of new ones.
