Always get an honest service, whether buying tires, getting my Jeep serviced or a NJ Inspection. Never wrote a review before, but was up there today to get a minor issue resolved. They took care of it while I waited. Jack, Mark, Glen, and team are a pleasure to do business with. Never been disappointed.

Trust them with my car. They are honest. I have taken both of my cars there for 4 years now. I know I can give them any problem and they will take the time to find the solution and fix it. They also keep up with what needs to be done on my car even when I don't ask. They have fixed problems on my car that other companies have said would be hundreds or thousands of dollars, for less than one hundred dollars. And they are so nice! Never had an issue with them treating me badly or being rude. Even if they keep calling me Nicole.

I recommend this place whole heartedly. The mechanics are from 3 generations of experience. I was recently towed there at 2am after 2 tire blowouts. They had me in new tires, oil change and ready to go with no appointment by 10am. I missed no work and the bill was about 20 percent less than I expected.

I had a nail in my tire. The dealer was going to make me buy a whole new tire, so I decided to take it to Morristown Tire instead. They pulled the nail out (it didn't puncture the tire) and it ended up being much cheaper than buying a whole new tire from the dealer. They were fast and friendly!

Twice in the last couple of years I have had car trouble on my way to work, I live in PA and work in Morristown, both times I went to Morristown Tire Co and, they have been fantastic. They not only fixed my car(s) with no appointment, they drove me to and from work while they worked on my cars...This last time I was hearing some kind of noise after I picked the car up and, they spent a whole day trying to figure out what the noise might be...it turned out to be nothing mechanical, they fixed it for no charge. They are very professional and I would recommend them to my family and friends...

However, they do a great job helping to accommodate those who have had an issue that needs to be fixed right away - they have done this for us more than once. I want to address the other (negative) reviews posted here - one person bought tires on the Internet and asked for a mount & balance of them. Would you buy your steak on the Internet then walk into a restaurant and ask them to cook it for you? Another reviewer gave a negative rating simply for being put on hold too long - I judge my car service professionals based on the way they service my car, not just the way they answer the phone. A third brought his car in without an appointment and had to wait longer than he expected - this is a good shop, so they have regular business from customers who trust them to do the job correctly. Would you rather go to a shop that has little or no business so they can "fit you right in" then do a poor job on your car? To use another restaurant analogy - Do you go to the one with the empty parking lot or the one that's full of cars? It amazes me the snap judgements people make based on foolish notions and unrealistic expectations. I highly recommend this shop!
