It's been hit or miss for me as far as the mood of the front desk/people answering the phone is concerned. I'll give them some leeway, since they probably get tired of answering dumb questions...mine included. But, they get the job done correctly (the first time...I've never had to bring it back as a follow-up). They have "suggestions" for additional repairs, but they've never been aggressive about it...at least not in my experience. I have the drive card. Beware: I doesn't get you all the discounts promised on things like oil changes. I will keep going there, though.

I went in for just an oil change, $103 later I ended up with an oil change and a tire rotation I did not ask for. Unless additional service is discussed and agreed upon it should just be done.

The whole Mr. Tire Team worked efficiently to replace my tire after other tire repair stores could not help. Aaron went above and beyond by going to get my specific tire from the warehouse. It seriously was the best experience I have ever had getting my tire replaced.

I had a very negative experience with this company. When we arrived with our disabled vehicle, the employee did not even speak to us initially but just went over to the vehicle and started writing things down. He was rude when we were discussing taking the vehicle off of the tow truck bed and then when we went to the business to find out if they had the tire, they said they did not. This was a tire for a midsize SUV so found it surprising they didn't have this in stock at all. Customer service should be critical to all businesses and this company falls quite short.

Honestly impressed with the great service I received today from this place. Had my wife’s car in to get the tire plugged and Ozzy took great care of me and was beyond reasonable with the price. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone and plan to return in the future.

Will not return to Mr. Tire very poor customer service from Management (Lee). Took my car for an oil change. Went back to pick it up checked my oil and it was still dirty like it was never changed asked Management to check to make sure it was done properly and he began to get sarcastic with my husband and I. My glove box was also went through and a few of my items were left on the floor that were in my glove box. I pay to get my car serviced properly. I don't want to keep worrying about if it's being done right so I will take my services some where else .

Called for a quote on putting 2 small 195 r14 tires on my rims and they want 50 dollars a tire and they arnt even disposing of the old and there not even taking them off of a vehichle absolutly crazy I'll go to the place down the street that only wants 15 a piece to mt
