Mike and Jen at Avalon Auto Works are INCREDIBLE. They fixed a big issue with my car that I thought would be super expensive and did it in no time at all! They also tested and cleaned everything when they were done. They were also just lovely people. I will definitely be back for all my car needs!!! :)

Fantastic establishment! I was vacationing in Sea Isle City with my family when on the last day of our vacation our 2010 Toyota Highlander was spewing oil all over the driveway. I called Avalon Auto Works because of their great service record. I spoke to the owner (Jen) and the vehicle was towed at the end of the day on Friday. After brief inspection, I was told the vehicle may not be done until 11:00 Saturday morning.The problem was I had to be out of the beach house by 9:00 Saturday morning and had a 4 hour trip to Pennsylvania. Saturday morning @ 9:00am I received a notification that my vehicle was done. Apparently Jen’s husband (also an owner) showed up to work early Saturday morning to fix the car so my family and I weren’t stranded without a place to stay. I seriously can’t thank the team there enough. The bottom line here is they found a way to get it done and I’m grateful for that. Thank You! Rich G

Don't come here. They charged $135 to "diagnose" my car that wouldn't start. They called me after an hour saying they couldn't figure out what the issue was but they thought it was an electrical issue so I'd have to pay them more money if I wanted them to figure it out. I ended up taking it to a different shop and they called me back within 15 minutes of looking at it and told me it was a bad starter. $90 in labor to fix. No diag fee. I'm not against paying someone for there work or service but you've either got to be scam artists milking your client's wallets or just plain dumb to not check the starter of a car that wont start within your initial hour of diagnosis.

Jen and Joe are great! Car A/C broke on the way to the shore and they fixed us right up! Service was amazing, even though we did not have an appointment! You may need to leave your car, but they will take care of you. Thanks Mike for the great work!! Service: A/C installation & repair

If you need the job done RIGHT, the first time, stop looking. These guys are AWESOME! I have never been so satisfied with Auto Service in my entire life. I get all my workowork done here, and I always will. Joe and Jen, are very honest and down to Earth. They GENUINELY want to help you, you aren't just another number. Joe IS the best and most efficient mechanic I have encountered. Jen runs the show outside the shop, which includes the best golf cart rentals (best prices too). If you are on the island or from the area, and you don't go here...You should switch, you WONT regret it.
