Friendly, polite and helpful employees. Store is clean and organized with a great selection. My one complaint is I have signed up multiple times for alerts, coupons and etc but have never received them. Would shop there more if I received my discounts and coupons.

My experience before Christmas was wonderful. It was a friendly, helpful, and easy experience. BUT I took my friend after the holidays and did not get the same service. We we're looking for something specific, quickly found it on our own, when the sales girl came and told us that's not what we needed. As if that was not rude enough the SAME girl asked us 4 times if we'd like to apply for their card. Really, as if once or even twice wasn't enough.
