Customer service is terrible extremely racist it’s a shame the clothes are cute but the older short “mexican lady, Maria” who I’m inclined to believe is the store manager was so unprofessionally racist I will never be going back. I’ve already told friends and family about it and will be bringing this to social media since it’s 2022 this shouldn’t be tolerated.

Upon entering an employee rushed up to me, got right in my face & demanded I give her my bag from Stage store (since I had just purchased from Stage) I asked why? she had no explanation... just that I couldn't bring that in the store & she insisted that I leave it with her.... Okay, & as I looked at a few things & was going to try something on, I noticed that it was all hispanic women in the store & half of them had bags also & apparently didn't have to give them to the woman who took mine! I guess if you're white, you should probably stay away from this 'Rainbow' store on Dyer st. in NE El Paso! I have never in my life stolen & don't look like a thief either.... They lost a customer & believe me they will be losing many more since I will be letting anyone I know who plans on shopping there know about this. I also would like to say that most of their stuff is sub-standard low quality....I've never purchased anything from there & after seeing their merchandise, I would be embarrassed to be seen in any of it. Tacky & sleazy bar wear at the most!

I think it’s a nice enough shop and the day I went there were lots of products and sales. However, they have the dressing rooms closed due to “Covid” with no intention of opening them soon. I think that in itself is ridiculous especially since mask are not enforced. To be honest I think it’s to deter thieves…Given that the clothes tend to run smaller and and are inexpensive I have found that this can result in some odd fitting products. I would rather shop at a store where I can walk away confident with my purchase and have the staff’s trust. I am undecided if I want to go back… Update: Although the rooms are closed the two young ladies who helped me on my return trip were super nice. I went back because I knew they had an item I really wanted and I am glad I did. I appreciate their helpfulness and politeness. I will take the sacrifice of no dressing room for outstanding service.

I love the clothes they have , a nice young lady with Red hair helped me so much was very happy with the shopping at the time of check out I paid and the cashier asked me “ Do you want your 4 pennies?” I said no not thinking walking out I thought to my self “ well yea that’s my change would she want her 4 pennies ?? After shopping 🛍. I did not like that

The employees were ridiculously rude. I dropped things I was carrying twice in the store because they don't have baskets and the second time, there were 4 employees around me. 2 were within 5 to 10 feet of me and they watched me drop the items and then acted like I didn't exist. The first time it was just 2 that ignored me. They have no concept of customer service. They don't smile or greet you, and when you ask them something they get mad as if you're ruining their day. The only two that were great was the girl that stands by the front door (she was super sweet) and the district manager that was there. She was awesome, so polite and apologetic for what happened. But I don't think I'm gonna go back, like ever. That was my first time there.

If I could put 0 stars I would the manager there is very unprofessional she does not know how to run a store. She talks to her employees like they are nothing and Im assuming the ones she likes she hangs out with since her tone changes. She needs to step down until she is trained properly on how to treat her employees she is not worth being a manager if she can not even talk to an employee like a manager. This lady really needs to get her act together or they need to demote her until she learns to be a manager professionally. Human resources will be called maybe then they can train her properly. No point in calling the district manager she is useless id rather talk to someone way higher then these old ladies

I absolutely love this store! You can find a variety of clothes and styles for a very reasonable price. They always get new shipments in and always have a great selection of sizes. I bought 4 outfits for under $50.00, now that's a great deal!

Erica and Maria were very friendly and helpful. They both had smiles on their faces and looked like they were happy to be there. Rainbow is lucky to have them. Plus, the store is very clean and there is a great selection. I went in around 11 am on a weekday and it wasn't too busy so I was in and out pretty quickly. I hate going shopping so time spent in a store is really important to me. Keep up the great work, ladies! I'll definitely be back.
