The staff here has great customer service. In trying times such as these having a good attitude like them made shopping fast and easy. I had a situation, and the management worked with me. Didn't catch the two ladies names who helped me but thank you! ~Elizabeth

I think it’s a nice enough shop and the day I went there were lots of products and sales. However, they have the dressing rooms closed due to “Covid” with no intention of opening them soon. I think that in itself is ridiculous especially since mask are not enforced. To be honest I think it’s to deter thieves…Given that the clothes tend to run smaller and and are inexpensive I have found that this can result in some odd fitting products. I would rather shop at a store where I can walk away confident with my purchase and have the staff’s trust. I am undecided if I want to go back… Update: Although the rooms are closed the two young ladies who helped me on my return trip were super nice. I went back because I knew they had an item I really wanted and I am glad I did. I appreciate their helpfulness and politeness. I will take the sacrifice of no dressing room for outstanding service. ~Trisha

Big 5 sporting goods is a awesome place to shop you don't need to be athletic to go shopping there they have cool sales practically every day. When you walk in employees greet you and they ask you nicely if you need any help they do the job real well. Every time I go there I buy something me and my family love big 5 sportings goods I recommend anybody to go take a look at shop there good job Big 5 keep up the great work.Have a beautiful day. 😁💯 ~Edward

Sold used shoes online and went to exchange them at the local store and was blamed instead of investigating my claim to corporate. Thought it would be quicker but now have to send back online and wait for my money back to order. I have given this place business for 4 years now but that was the last time. ~Gentry

Store has great inventory, but the service sucks! Long long lines. I was there to purchase a couple of firearms 2$$$ worth but I couldn’t get help. I understand waiting your turn but they would ignore me and go to people just showing up. After this happened twice I was like screw this I’ll buy them elsewhere. ~Dan

I bought a couple of expensive items here but when my daughter needed to use the restroom 🚻 it was supposedly out of order. They should cater to their customers if they are going to be so expensive. ~Cecilia

I am very happy with my purchase today, I ❤️ Reebok🙌...everything in the store was 50% off 😱😁 how awesome is that?!!! I had a few questions about the sizing & the staff who assisted me was very helpful & friendly. I bought 2 pairs of the Nano X1, one black pair & one army green... I prefer to buy men's shoes and I usually wear an 8 but with Reebok I had to get an 8.5, these Nano X1s fit great and are really comfortable. ~Pat

I don’t normally like to post bad reviews, but I went in excited cause I really wanted new shoes and I’m short so I couldn’t really see the other sizes, and no employee bothered to ask if I needed help, employees are just standing there and talking or flirting 😂 and about three employees just ignored me and walked in the back room. Talk about customer service! SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️ better off going to the one by Zaragoza now that’s customer service! ~Jacqui
