I bought a couple of expensive items here but when my daughter needed to use the restroom 🚻 it was supposedly out of order. They should cater to their customers if they are going to be so expensive.

The cashier was so raises at telling a costumer not to talk in Spanish because this is American and if he already had some years living here he should already know English I got so angry I left the store, she wasn't telling me directly but the person was talking in Spanish and so was I this was so disrespectful . I have always been to this store and never have i had any issues i love the shoes and some great prices but I can't tolerate people who think they are better than others or want to put them down ,I felt really bad for that person.

Stand in front of the rack of shoes for over 10 minutes, no one approached to help. I went around and asked a young lady for help finding my size, she said "just give me a minute", waited an extra 7-10 minutes with no help, so I just walked out the door.

My age not my kind of prices but babydoll was buying lol! I did like the bargain wall in back of store! It had nice shoes at great prices! Older style name brand shoes were reasonable
