Store has great inventory, but the service sucks! Long long lines. I was there to purchase a couple of firearms 2$$$ worth but I couldn’t get help. I understand waiting your turn but they would ignore me and go to people just showing up. After this happened twice I was like screw this I’ll buy them elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Place an order 5 days ago. They sent a tracking number saying it would deliver yesterday. No delivery so I check the tracking number and now it shows it was never received by FedEx. So they've been sitting on my order for 5 days and are not responsive to my requests for a status update.

Your company has removed sticker/advertised prices in some sections. Even worse your barcode scanners don't work. Leaving the consumer not knowing what the price is until they get to the register. By then the additional effort to go back and find something affordable is not worth it. Shady business practice if you ask me

Though I love the selection in the store, the customer service is horrible. I've recently gone into the store on two occassions, within the same week, to buy a treadmill. I looked at different treadmills for probably a combined hour between the two visits. Unforunately, not a single employee approached me and asked to help me. I wanted to buy one, but there was no one who wanted to help. There was a bunch of employees around that seemed to be doing nothing with looks on their face that they didn't want to be bothered. The last time I was there, earlier today, trying to buy the treadmill I decided on, I stood in line at a cashier line and even though there was only two people in front of me, I was waiting FOREVER! I decided to just leave because it was just ridiculous. I'm going to try to try the west side store and see if they want my money over there.

Clearance sales are good, if your looking for small and medium and 3x size but over all need to pay attention to tags in clearance racks ppl pick up and put it in the wrong rack, when I doubt ask a worker. Shoes have good prices most in clearance are gone.. Over all the rest is pricey but you pay for what your getting. You can find some good deals if you look around. Happy shopping.

Academy is that amazing place to go shopping they have cool sporting goods. If you need shoes for the family that's a great place to go. I love the clothes they have there Nike armor even Adidas and they have good prices on their clothing and other stuff. Every time I need something for my kids team I go there to shop everything is all organized I love going to academy keep up the great work I recommend it to everybody thank you 😁💯
