A great experience at this location. The store itself felt very welcoming. It was clean, organized, and well spaced so you can easily move through with your family or shopping cart. Not letting that get to me, I found that it was a really great trip. Well worth the visit, especially if you have little ones who love animals.

Savana was very polite and professional, she went above and beyond to help me try to find the product that I wanted but was unable to find by myself. I visit this location very often and have never had this happen. It is very refreshing to have great customer service and someone willing to put in extra effort. Thank you!

I don't know how they let the so called manager Alyssa run this place. I went in to spend $1400 on a gun. The employee at the gun bar was helping a customer, so I patiently was waiting my turn. As the man left I stood waiting to be helped, but I never got so much as a I'll be right with you. Another man came up and the employee started helping him like I wasn't even there. So I called and asked for a manager, Alyssa answered and now I see why the customer service is trash. She said they are short staffed and her employee didn't intend to ignore me. He just couldn't handle that there we're 2 people at 2 pm on a Monday at the gun bar.Then she hung up on me because I was "yelling " at her. I naturally have a loud voice and in no way was I rude. But since she wanted to hang up on me I called back and showed her what rude was. I went to Academy across the street and spent $1800. They had an employee that could handle 4 people in line. Maybe the manager at Academy can come train Alyssa, Lord knows she needs it.

SO MUCH OUTDOORS STUFF! We got a great deal on some Keens for our kids! They are clean and well organized and the employees are friendly. They have a pretty good fishing section and plenty of camping supplies.

I was a little disappointed when they first opened, fearing they would be over-priced, and would rarely have decent sales(like Dick's), but, over the last few months, they've had REALLY good sales on ammo. A few of the calibers they had on sale were by far the best prices in town for the few weeks they had the sale going! They still need to work on sales outside of the hunting/shooting areas(hence the 4 stars), but, overall, a great place to shop!

Field & Stream is the same company as Dick’s next door. Two separate store fronts and entrances but the stores are connected inside. Both stores use the same checkout area. The Field and Stream side has the hunting and fishing stuff. The Dick’s side has the sporting goods stuff.
