Currently, stores in general are short of products. In this location, the store is not very organized, and also not very clean! The quality of the products has also dropped a little, and the clothes and shoes collections are old, but the prices are up to date! For everyday things, basics, so far so good! The team is still kind!

Imagine waiting 30 minutes on an online order (15 minutes behind a customer and another 15 waiting on an order that was confirmed to be ready) that you walked into the store to pickup. The most irritating thing is the manager leading by “walkie talkie” and not helping to maximize the customer experience. The 1-star is for the clean bathroom & Scott tissue. Yes, everyone is short staffed (these days) but management should reassure customers that our time and money is valuable.

We went here Sunday 6/19/2022. When we walked up to the return counter we were rudely dismissed by Kayla to go look around before we returned anything and then when we came back just to return the employees were talking extremely unprofessionally about each other “whore” was one word used amongst others. Kayla never addressing us at all just talked loudly to the employees over our heads never saying anything to us. Just tossed my receipts at me while continuing to carry on unprofessional conversations. Very rude I have never had this bad of an experience at an Academy.

I don’t know if corporate knows that in this store there is NO MANAGER at the store at any time today I went and asked to talk to someone in charge and the cashier asked for it and waited for a while and no one came to see me and the cashier told me they always are in the office and they didn’t care to help anyone even she said they been cutting hours to every one and still no manager comes to help that’s why the store looks like ROSS now I am very disappointed with the upper management ‘’Corporate you should start looking in it so won’t be like ROSS’’ 👎👎👎👎

It’s a great looking store and I enjoy coming here, but there’s one thing that is frustrating. I came in an hour before store closes and their fitting room was closed. An hour before store closing? Come on. I came in prepared to buy a few shirts, but ended up just leaving since I couldn’t try anything on. Will be buying clothes elsewhere. Other than that it’s a good academy. I would suggest not showing up the last hour since the employees won’t be much help at those times.
