I have been using their serivce for 2 years. This UPS store has the most helpful and friendly team. I thought this is the default level of service for all UPS stores. Then after I moved to other places, I found other UPS stores are very bad. Other UPS stores even charged me additional fee if I just want to send my return label to their email account. But this store always did that for free. I really miss this UPS store and this team should be promoted and make other stores right.

The notary guy I believe his name is Rick is an clueless, first of all I take a legal document tell him I want a certified copy he's like I cannot certify it it's a legal document already duh I know it's legal document I need a certified COPY , he has no idea how to notorized a document I have done notaries a hundred times before no one asked me to write a description without giving any guidance.

I love this store! It offers big company services with small business service. Staff is efficient and friendly. When I went in to make a couple of copies and realized that I only had a credit card or $50 bill to pay the 61¢, they just gave them to me. Thank you for being in the neighborhood!

One of the best experiences I had today, I went here to return an item around the closing time and they were so nice in helping me pack my return. Jenn and Sophia are the ones who were there, employees like them will definitely improve the value. Thank you both, and UPS.

My review is only base about the photo service. After having us waiting for little bit over an hour and having multiple pictures taken they told us they were sorry but they couldn't do it right. I have nothing against the employees, Is all about the manager of the store for offering services that employees are not properly trained to do, and for not having the right equipment to perform it.

I needed to have my fingerprints taken and this UPS store was the closest location that offered fingerprint services. I had a lot of trouble with my fingerprints not being picked up by the fingerprint machine and the employee assisting me was extremely patient and tried everything she could think of to troubleshoot. When that didn’t work, she enlisted the store owner who was behind the counter helping customers. He was equally patient trying to help me and when the troubleshoots again didn’t work, he called up the company that services the machine and worked with someone on the phone in real time to get my prints done. Both the store owner and employee went above and beyond to assist me and were cool, calm and collected. I also heard them interact with other customers while I was there and I’ve never heard so many people complement a UPS store before! This store clearly knows what they are doing - they are kind and respectful to all customers. Hands down the best UPS store I’ve ever visited.

Impressive ability to underperform already low expectations. I’ve never had something so simple become so complex, every single time. Home of the thousand yard stare and “I don’t know”. Don’t come here for solutions. Unless you absolutely must use UPS (in which case, pick a different store) I’d recommend the FedEx down the street, they’re great.

We are regulars to this UPS store for over a year now. The owner and the staff here have only been helpful and super friendly! They all treat me kindly 🧡 The drivers who come through this store are great as well :) I've tried using 2 other stores closer to home however found myself gravitating back to this store... the energy is more welcoming!

Since we moved to downtown San Jose a few months ago I've used this UPS store location as our package mailing address to avoid having anything stolen from our home. I'm at the store 3 times a week and feel welcomed every time. The employees are kind and helpful and the parking plentiful. I highly recommend this location.
