This place many things to offer. Can edit digital photos for passport size, can take passport size photos for US, Canada, Europe and China . We can also get our documents notarized . They can take passort size photos for toddlers and new borns also. ~Hinduja

I don't think a FedEx location can just be closed for an hour in the middle of the day. came there at 2 and what I was that it was closed till 2:45. FedEx workers just decided to take a break in the middle of the day and close the location. ~Albert

They are extremely thorough with their proposals and helpful with design specs and recommendations. Taylor has phenomenal customer service and is a pleasure to work with. If there was a way to give them 10 stars, that's the rating they deserve. Their turn around time is fast, which is nice for deadlines like ours. I have been using their serivce for 2 years. This UPS store has the most helpful and friendly team. I thought this is the default level of service for all UPS stores. Then after I moved to other places, I found other UPS stores are very bad. Other UPS stores even charged me additional fee if I just want to send my return label to their email account. But this store always did that for free. I really miss this UPS store and this team should be promoted and make other stores right. ~R

They provided great service at this location. They printed my USPS label and even delivered it to USPS for me. I didn’t know thinking they only handled ups packages but kudos to them for taking care of me. ~Raul

This particular location has no clue on how international shipping works. We came to this location because it was right across the street from the CVS pharmacy where we were at. We told the manager Hiep that we needed to ship medication to Mexico and he proceeded to sell us a box and charge us $180. What he did NOT inform us is that Mexico does not accept medication to be sent from another country and now he refuses to return our call or UPS to instruct them to send the medicine back to us here in the U.S This store is quick to take your mo ey and forget about you from there. Avoid this location if you need to ship internationally as they are incompetent and don't provide you correct information ~Tony

Beware this place! I went in to print a document today and the lady manager is incompetent and rude. I asked her for 32lb thickness paper to print. She was rude and she gave me 20lb thickness paper and told it is the 32lb thickness paper. Despite, mentioning to her multiple times that I need 32lb paper she ignored. Three days ago from the same store I got 32lb thickness paper to print, but it was a different staff member who helped me. They take customers for granted. Beware of the place and it is a scam!! ~Divya
