Took a digital passport photo. Service quality was mediocre. The digital photo was $16+, resolution was below 300x400, and it did not pass the online quality check; my phone selfie passed it in the end, so the photo ended up completely useless. The store asked for personal identification info (and would store it) without explaining that those are optional, which is a privacy red flag to me. Update 2021-03-19: I am 100% sure that I am commenting on the correct store. I went there since my friend recommended that store, but the outcome was very disappointing -- I was also surprised that it did not work but that was the truth. I do not want to comment on the owner's explanation on passport photo requirements, but it makes no sense under any requirement that the DPI resolution could not be higher than required. I already completed the process with my phone selfie, there is no point to get a free do-over so that is it. For personal information storage -- the worker simply asked for it and did not mention it was optional until I questioned it; and the worker responded to me as if my privacy concern was funny, which was bad customer experience.

Had a fantastic experience here printing out a poster sized version of a photo. I needed it very quickly (within a couple of hours) due to a funeral, and the team was able to turn it around. Super high quality work, extremely helpful with a complicated print job that can have many pitfalls. Very professional with help and with COVID-19 distancing and mask policies. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

Best place for Passport, International Driving Permit photos. Fast friendly service. Process took about 15 minutes. The guy was really nice and joked around with me. Very friendly. It was also a few dollars cheaper than most other places.

Went for a passport photo in the late morning. It was quiet so I was greeted by a friendly member of staff immediately. He asked for all my info and filled out a form for me, took my picture, and charged me a fair price all in about 7 minutes flat. Amazing service, I didn't even have to think. Would go back again

We've had them print business flyers and business cards, take our business portrait photos, and have had them print our personal Christmas cards, ship packages, as well as take personal passport photos. I know they have many other services that we haven't yet tried. For our business needs, I just email over my details, which saves me trip to the store. And if things don't come out perfect the 1st time for our needs, they would rerun job without question. Great service. Friendly staff. Clean store. No reason for me to look anywhere else for printing, copying, and photo needs.
