The staff was super friendly and helpful. I walked in to see if they had something I found online. They didn’t have the exact item, but went out of their way to suggest something else similar to me instead. I loved everyone’s positive attitude and would come back to this store again!!

I love my Vans and used to love the store but Lake Line Mall has turned into a dump and the Domain hasn't reopened since the move so I've resorted to on line purchases and it's not the same. Bummer....

Stopped by Vans at Lakeline Mall looking for some Shoes, and the staff was very nice that worked here. Also on top of the great selection of shoes, plenty of shirts, backpacks, sweatshirts and hoodies. They also had some nice jackets, socks and many other things here.

There was an associate named Danielle, she did an amazing job. She showed me a lot of customer service and helped me pick out some shoes and an outfit to match it. She told me something about a survey but I threw away the receipt but I would've given her a 10/10 .

I bought my teenage daughter a pair of shoes for X-mas '09. She never wore them and we discarded the receipt. We took them back in the original box (unused) and the manager gladly allowed us to exchange them. Way beyond their policy on exchange. Will do business with again thanks to this superior service!
