Came here to shop for some new shoes and was greeted and helped out by the most friendly and well mannered staff I have ever seen in a retail store. I was asked by multiple people if I needed help, even when a young man was already grabbing me my shoes. I tried my shoes on and was happy but I wanted to check the finish line upstairs for pricing. Said I would be back but ended up coming back to Foot Locker since they had the better price. The employee that helped me out remembered me and my shoes and my size that he put back after I left so he was quick to bring them back out. They rang up even cheaper than the tag said they were on the shelf which was awesome. All in all a great visit.

I came to buy my boyfriend some nice shoes when a worker name Quetzalla was yelling across the store and complaining about her job and was being super disrespectful which ruined my experience and i am now convinced that the workers here hate their jobs and are miserable.

Although I couldnt find it here, I left here knowing exactly which shoe fit and felt good, as well as got a look at some workout gear and short for upcoming exercising.

Called to see if they had the Puma RS-X Transformers shoes in my size. Lady who answered was rude and said they "don't carry Puma" even though these shoes are Foot Locker exclusives. Hung up and called the Capital Plaza store and the person who answered was way more helpful so I will be shopping there.

Walked in and asked the young lady if they sold Asics Nimbus and she said whatever we have on the floor is all we have. If I knew what they looked like maybe that would be helpful but she wasn't trying too hard to sell me a shoe!
