I shopped big in recent online sales, & returns make me anxious so I procrastinated, but it was fast easy & friendly. I couldn't get there until 8:30 (close at 9), but everyone was very friendly & the process very easy. I would be happy to shop here.

Not my favorite choice of clothing stores, but it is one I have bought from. The staff never seems to be there when needed. The one good thing is there is always a sale! I love that, but it doesn't overcome the customer service problem.

My opinion of this store has not changed. I love to browse and carefully select my items. But it is uncomfortable when I'm being followed too closely and just stared at. On my fist visit to this location I asked for a blazer and was quickly told that my size was only available online. I never said what size I wanted. I found the 2x blazer on my own. I was hoping to have a better experience now that the in store sizes have more options. What a waiste of time! The Lakeline store is friendly, helpful, and let's me shop peacefully.

There was a very helpful young lady that was going to help me with a return and instead a German manager lady rudely overrode what another manager had already said they could do. My husband had gotten an order of fitness pants that were defective 4 inches longer than they should be. The manager on the phone said they would take care of it but German lady refused to honor it. Won't be shopping there anymore.

Clean store, good location, and good prices. A solid selection of well designed outfits for my toddler and I didn't have to spend a ton of money. The staff were very helpful.
