Really clean store with great selection. Staff is either present and helpful or no where to be found which is why they get only 4 stars.

They try to trick you into giving up you e-mail and phone number. The manager is a complete POS, horrible customer service. The sign said, "entire store 40%". I picked out a shirt that was on a rack labeled "40% off". I tried it on, waited in line, listened to an off-duty employee behind me shout back and forth to the register employee, and finally got checked out. The shirt registered full price, waited ten more years, the manager finally came out, dark long hair female, about 16, and she said she ain't selling me that shirt AT ALL.

Went into Hollister Co while shopping recently and came across a 50% sale going on, so we stopped in. THey had some nice trendy clothes including mens and womens wear, and some workout stuff, also along the back wall they had body sprays and lotions, we had someone wait on us, even though it was busy that day, so the staff seemed nice.

Ridiculous and employees were completely disrespectful and rude. I had a few pieces with me waiting for a dressing room and another women was waiting in front of me. The left side dressing room was full so an employee took us the the right area and said there were some open. He opened a dressing room for the women in front of me, then scurried off without opening one for me. Clearly, 2 rooms were clear because you couldn't see any shadows under them. I kept saying "excuse me?" But he kept walking. He passed a few times and I asked again. Then 3 younger girls appear and he opens the dressing room for them! They weren't at the other side nor were they waiting with me. I put my merch back and left.

The people are very nice! The prices are reasonable. They have pretty good sales! My daughter got two pair of jeans and two shirts for less then $100. They have really cute clothes for teens!
