Very disappointed with this place overall, the employees have no idea how to retain the information necessary to perform job duties properly. I had ask for a pair of boots my size and was given a pair that had the wrong size on the box and also were the wrong size inside the box. When I tried to exchange them the manager refused to exchange them or work with me at all because I had already tried the boot on. Never had I dealt with such unprofessional behavior. I advise you not to spend a dime here, they lack integrity and could care less about their customers.

I almost forgot the bolo ties for my grandsons for Christmas,so I had to do a search....seems all the big department stores did not even carry such stuff for kids. I finally found some at Starr Western Wear. I ordered them. Sent 1 email. They were shipped within an hour of ordering. I call that top notch customer service and a selection nobody else has. I will certainly be ordering from them again. Thank yall for helping me with my order!

In town visiting our Military son. Found this store by accident and loved it. I love the older building. Super clean and organized. Something for everyone and they still have layaway. Ended up buying several items. Love that they have online shopping and free shipping. Jeans are kept organized and nicely folded. Wide variety of brands of clothing. Just fell in love with this store

If you live in Texas or just visiting Texas there is nothing that says I've been there or lived it than a cowboy or cowgirl hat, pair of boots, jeans and western bling. You can find it at Starr Western Wear. Located in one of the oldest shopping districts in El Paso and near the Mexican border you might want to make it a point to visit.
