Expectations were not met, employees have attitudes, never got asked if we needed help; we were looking for help for a while, there was only one gentleman that was in the boots sections briefly walking by and he had an attitude when we asked for assistance. Unfortunately even trying to ask the manager but they were too busy laughing and talking. We were looking at boots and this boy just takes them away because they’re closing…. Had and hour & 45 minutes till closing. Many more instances, and other customers where having issues too. Honestly overall disappointed in the quality of service.

From Denton Tx, Little Rock Ar to McAllen Tx worst customer service. Can’t find a soul and when you do, they act like they could care less if you purchased anything.

Everything very nice. But very expensive, I bought a hat to do my yard work and some gloves. Next time I'll just go to the fleamarket.

If I could review this 0 stars I would! Do not buy from cavenders! Well at least from this location! They’re so rude! Especially the the manager that I was speaking to I was there just to return a pair of boots that I had buy... the manager didn’t want to accept the return or exchange my item.. and he was looking just for any excuse to reject my refund Basically this store seem to me by other review they are use to reject any return I'm not to sure but by law there to be 30 day valid to return any unsatisfactory items that this location sales....so people if you buy from cavenders at McAllen expec not to get your refund back or exchange because for sure you wouldn't get it...

Had a great experience here I was looking a new pair of boots and was unsure of what to buy. Had help by very friendly staff. Miranda was extremely helpful and really patient with me while I was trying out the different boots they had for sale. Big selection. Highly recommend for any western style clothing and accessories.

Been to many cavender stores never had an issue. I buy boots every 3 to six months for work. If I have issues I never have a problem when i return to store. I bring boots back to exchange due to a defect in them and they say they can not do anything wouldn't even have the Manager look at them.

Nice looking store and definitely cowboy attire ready! Good sales..but still pricey.... but if u here u know that already... And they carry Consuela handbags! 💥

There are so many boots that it is difficult to make a choice. I was there for quite a while before I made my choice. There was a staff member that help me. Customer service is good.
