Lower prices than other sporting goods stores, but still pricey. Disappointed in some shirts we bought about a month ago. Shirt's began to rip at the seams and fade within a months period. Couldn't find the receipt and had a hard time swapping them, because the shirts did not have the tags on. How about a little common sense?

Small selection of long underwear couldn't get bottoms in the 36-in waist just the opposite for flannel pajamas could not get tops. And the help could not help lol Will not go back ever

I have only been to this McAllen location and the Brownsville location. The McAllen is bigger and cause of that I feel they have more inventory and better selections. The men's apparel was big and pistol/rifle choices were plentiful.

Why does this store never have more than three lanes open. Long lines. It's a normal academy but I recommend you drive 10 minuets further to a different store. You will still save half an hour.

Lines always incredibly long and service slooooow. “Not enough staff” they say. Come on guys. Target, Starbucks, H‑E‑B and Wal-Mart have all figured this out. Why not you? Time for a over haul.

Good meetup spot but overpriced. If you don’t mind spending $40 on shorts it’s probably a great place to shop but I like balling on a budget no matter what. You can find items with higher retail prices marked down below these prices at Ross, Marshall’s or TJ Maxx.

Ridiculous. Lines with about 15 people in them. Customer service does not do returns or exchanges. They make you go back to a reg register and wait in back of the 15 people .like if you were purchasing something for the first time. No one was available to greet or count your return merchandise. Thenafter waiting for about 25 min. They lost my return. All I wanted to do was an exchange. Wth is going on with management??

If I could leave a 0 I would. 4 line open on a Sunday all 4 lines with more than 10 people in line and cashiers taking more than 5 minutes per customer. They need new management if they can’t handle lines

Short staffed like always at the sporting goods section especially at the gun counter. When the team lead came in to help he was very helpful and in a sense of urgency since the waiting crowd was big. Over all good selection of firearms at decent price.
