I love the clothes here. They are a perfect fit for me. I wanted to go to this store on Labor Day to avoid the mall, but I regretted it. The staff were not proactively helpful - they did not check on me in the dressing room to see if I needed help. They aren’t doing bra sizing. And as you can see from the pic, the dressing room was filthy. Maybe the finished a rush, but they were not busy when I was there. I would rather order online than go back.

First time visiting the store and I loved it, walked in told my stylist size and More or less what I liked and boom dressing room with my name and outfits she thought I'd like and boom be walked out with dress and shoes ❤️

They used to have great sales... but not anymore. The clothes are cute but not well made, after a few washes the material starts coming undone.

Very unhappy with last visit. Checkout was terrible and when I asked for a size larger on a blouse, I got a rude remark from the salesperson. I found this surprising because I’ve been shopping there for years. First of all, previous employees used to greet you as you would walk in to the store. This is no longer the case. Also, a salesperson would always ask me if I was looking for anything in particular once I started browsing. This is no longer the case either. Now it just seems like they could care less if you’re there or not. They used to ask you if you’d like for them to start a fitting room for you when they would see you holding clothes and again, this no longer happens either. When I asked the salesperson for a larger size, he made a comment “these tend to be fitted because you’re supposed to tuck them in.” I understand that he was possibly trying to give me fashion advice, but as a customer, I already have an idea on how I plan to wear the blouse so all I really wanted to know is if there was a larger size. When he said they didn’t, I asked if they could order it online for me which he made it visibly obvious that it would be an inconvenience for him to help me place an online order. And checkout was the worst and that is an entirely different story which is impossible to elaborate. This is the first time I ever came across any issues with checkout or at this store. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this store. It was a very uncomfortable experience that I’d never want to go through again.

I love shopping at this store. Probably the only store where I have actually managed to find jeans that fit properly. However, I’m already getting to that point in my life where I wish they sold more age appropriate blouses/shirts. Not everything needs to have skulls or Disney characters. And not everyone likes spaghetti strap or sleeveless blouses. They do have a few, but not enough.
