Best denim wear store in McAllen, Texas (TX) 2024

Expectations were not met, employees have attitudes, never got asked if we needed help; we were looking for help for a while, there was only one gentleman that was in the boots sections briefly walking by and he had an attitude when we asked for assistance. Unfortunately even trying to ask the manager but they were too busy laughing and talking. We were looking at boots and this boy just takes them away because they’re closing…. Had and hour & 45 minutes till closing. Many more instances, and other customers where having issues too. Honestly overall disappointed in the quality of service. ~Jenny

I love the clothes here. They are a perfect fit for me. I wanted to go to this store on Labor Day to avoid the mall, but I regretted it. The staff were not proactively helpful - they did not check on me in the dressing room to see if I needed help. They aren’t doing bra sizing. And as you can see from the pic, the dressing room was filthy. Maybe the finished a rush, but they were not busy when I was there. I would rather order online than go back. ~Alicia
