Best childrens clothing store in El Paso, Texas (TX) 2024

I think it’s a nice enough shop and the day I went there were lots of products and sales. However, they have the dressing rooms closed due to “Covid” with no intention of opening them soon. I think that in itself is ridiculous especially since mask are not enforced. To be honest I think it’s to deter thieves…Given that the clothes tend to run smaller and and are inexpensive I have found that this can result in some odd fitting products. I would rather shop at a store where I can walk away confident with my purchase and have the staff’s trust. I am undecided if I want to go back… Update: Although the rooms are closed the two young ladies who helped me on my return trip were super nice. I went back because I knew they had an item I really wanted and I am glad I did. I appreciate their helpfulness and politeness. I will take the sacrifice of no dressing room for outstanding service. ~Trisha

Very disappointed with this place overall, the employees have no idea how to retain the information necessary to perform job duties properly. I had ask for a pair of boots my size and was given a pair that had the wrong size on the box and also were the wrong size inside the box. When I tried to exchange them the manager refused to exchange them or work with me at all because I had already tried the boot on. Never had I dealt with such unprofessional behavior. I advise you not to spend a dime here, they lack integrity and could care less about their customers. ~Sonia

The hubs and I visited this location yesterday looking for summer shorts, but we went too soon between seasons. Most of the clothes are either for fall or winter with only classic or thin fit in the three colors. We left disappointed, but we did make a purchase. ~Luis
