Looks like a very fashionable store. Felt like they have more for the thin body type. If I was in my 20 and fit I'd love the store.

The hubs and I visited this location yesterday looking for summer shorts, but we went too soon between seasons. Most of the clothes are either for fall or winter with only classic or thin fit in the three colors. We left disappointed, but we did make a purchase.

The employees are really nice and try their best, but I feel that’s it’s the customers who leave everything a bit disorganized. I’ve been to multiple H&M locations and this one always has the cutest tops.

The girl at the dressing room wouldn’t let me in the dressing room with my daughter. She doesn’t like trying on close and having everyone else who is standing outside the dressing room see her. I couldn’t even stand right outside the curtain, she made me stay outside dressing rooms.

Went today wasn’t having a good day, went inside HM Johnny a sells associate was so nice and patient, I thank him for that. Helped me find a sweatshirt and looked online to price match! The act of kindness can go a long way! I wanted to give him a 20 for lunch to show my appreciation, however I didn’t know if it was allowed. Thanks HM FOR HIRING NICE EMPLOYEES😉

Stopped by this HM on 1/13/21. I wanted to look for a button down real quick. Not even 10 steps in the guy working at the front kicked me out because they were “closing already”. It was 20 mins to closing and I was literally just going to check the rack quick. If you don’t want people in the store 20 mins before closing then lock the door. I will not be coming back.

Very bland store. The last time I went in a year or so ago they actually had cute stuff with style, everything was plain, flat colors, no designs just basic clothes. Plus the hoodie I bought was not on sale even though they had racks full of hoodies for $19.99 I didn't notice I was charged full price until I got home. 😒

The manager was very rude and just plain remedial of their stores have time and time again swapped out there window models for the size I needed why would you go out of you way to make up a lie like “yeah if you leave your number I can let you know when you can buy it” in a mocking flamboyant way as if he was making fun of my sexuality… poor customer service H&M

Had to make a return and was helped by Rachel. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Rachel was friendly and personable; a lot of fun to talk to. I was blown away by her positive personality. Wish I had her working at my company. Please give her a raise because she goes above and beyond to make you all look good. Definitely an asset to H&M.
