Rude staff, also someone put a fake mandate message on the door. There is no govt mandate. It is illegal in this state to mandate masks in public businesses. Way to lose customers.

The staff here has great customer service. In trying times such as these having a good attitude like them made shopping fast and easy. I had a situation, and the management worked with me. Didn't catch the two ladies names who helped me but thank you!

The employees follow you around the store like you are going to steal! Not only do they follow you around the store, they approach you multiple times within a matter of minutes, grab items that you are looking at, and will stand over you and watch everything you do! This place has the worst customer service ever!

That was a horrible experience.. Trying to get my kids shoes and got zero help. Saw 2 employees standing in front of the TV and I asked where is the kids section, they both looked at me and walked away.. At that point I just decided to leave, and 1 of them had the nerve to thank me on my way out. Thanks for nothing..

FINALLY! A store that carries boots that fit those of us ladies that wear sizes 10 and all boots👢 My Red boots were the perfect pop of color for my Sunday outfit. If you all can get some 10 1/2's women's shoes and boots; you will become my favorite store!

Used to love shopping at this store in San Antonio, there was great inventory and exceptional customer service there. When I found out there was one here in El Paso, I was thrilled so I took my mom to check it out and I wish I hadn't. The staff was beyond rude and selection sucked. Sad to say I will no longer shop here, I literally had to grab my receipt from the cashier because he wouldn't give it to me. We asked 3 different employees for help with getting the 2nd pair to one of the shoes we wanted but 2 of the employees asked us to wait because they were restocking some shoes, finally the 3rd one paged another one over their walkie talkie and finally another employee showed up to help. Rack room shoes has won me over now after this experience. Go elsewhere if you want to get customer service and good selection.

We were going to buy some shoes for my mom, they said they were on sale. When we got to checkout, turns out they weren’t but were advertised as a sale price. The manager Irene said it’s not the stores fault that it was advertised wrong so she didn’t honor it, but law it needs to be honored because it is in fact the stores responsibility to make sure everything is right. Bad customer service!
