Went to Richland Walmart for oil change. THAT part was good. I rec'd text when my vehicle was ready. Went straight back and had to wait over 20 minutes to pay and check out to get my keys. Another Associate said to press the button. I informed him I had already done that THREE times in the last 15 minutes. He then helped a different customer who needed a tire (that was there in line AFTER I was) before he then proceeded to check me out! 😡

As one who drives for a living I am somewhat dependant on public restrooms, often at Walmart. While the bathrooms at the store are clean, there is ALWAYS a person in a stall taking the dump of a lifetime with audible strains and other sounds accompanied by a smell worse than my last colonoscopy prep. The store itself is fine but the customer base should try eating a little healthier to stop poisoning themselves and the Walmart bathrooms! If that's too much to ask there's always the courtesy flush.

It's never clean and the workers never know where things are. I was told that the person didn't know where something was and instead of looking for it, they went on with what they were doing. This happens too much. Workers talk about their personal lives with each other instead of getting customers. What happened to good customer service?

They seem to be out of half of the things I need every time I'm there. I feel like no one that works there is friendly or willing to help you out anymore. I worked at Walmart years ago and we were trained to be as helpful as possible. Not point and guess where things were. We had to a company the person to what they were looking for. Or to someone that could. Now hardly anyone is around to help.

Bigger Walmart then the one in Yakima. They had more options than any Walmart I have been in. It was surprising how clean it was. The employee we had contact with was very helpful. Still has strange people hanging out there. (So, I guess that makes me strange 😂) Was glad to get in and out without a problem.

Hit and miss if they have items in stock. Low prices but busy. The frozen shrimp I bought was 2 ounces short. Next time there was extra shrimp. Thank you Walmart.

I would highly recommend this place. They take their time and your service does NOT feel rushed. I felt very comfortable and definitely returning. I felt very welcomd and very well taken care of. I tipped 50% of my total because I felt my service was top quality. 100%

I won’t say it’s a great or terrible Walmart. Often out of things I need. I’m not a fan of the way it’s laid out. They seem to often have items mislabeled on prices. But it’s Walmart and they usually have same day time slots available for grocery pickup. 🤷🏻♀️

Love It!!!! A giant peep came up to car and gave me a sack of candy!! Got to love it. My dog wasn't to sure. They had my order to my car and loaded in like 10 min. Great service.
