I love this place! I found a soft cozy pajama set that I will wear on cold nights. The staff was helpful and pleasant!

Unfortunately this Nordstrom Rack is the worst I’ve ever been to. The shoes were scattered everywhere and the store is disgusting. Customer service is AWFUL!!! Go to Factoria or Kirkland instead!!

This 1 star review is specifically for the manager of this outlet. I had bought a pair of sneakers that started tearing from the edges in the 1st hour of wearing them. Went back to the outlet hoping for a resolution on the situation. The lady at the counter refused to return/replace the shoes since I had used them. I insisted on calling the manager. She came out with negative attitude and told me the same thing and I would have left the next second. But then she said this - " What do you expect me to do with these shoes? If I take them back, will you as a customer buy it from us off the rack." I understand the no return policy but really didn't deserve this tone and response. To that manager, do you think other stores who care for their customers put out the used/torn products back on the rack? No, but they still care about the experience people have at their store. Hope she learns to treat customers in a better welcoming way. P.S. I went to the downtown outlet and they were understanding enough to take the return. So in reality the store's policy is not an issue but her attitude was.

Save time, get the right experience, and go to Factoria Rack. This place is dirty and dusty. The staff is extremely rude. They think they are all that and everything is your fault. The factoria rack is super friendly, they are always busy, the staff is helpful and always smiling.

One of my favorite stores to shop! Wish they had more for kids and toddlers, clothing wise but they have more than enough shoes there for toddlers as well as younger kids.

Good selection of nice designer clothing but why are the security people at the door always staring down people as they exit. Not very friendly or welcoming customer service.

Great store! On my first visit, I have to say that the shoe department was in disarray. Subsequent visits (2) the entire store was in great condition. I purchased an item and later made an online order for a pair of sunglasses I found in the store. Would definitely visit again.

I will not return. Looked for a dress shirt online through the Nordstrom website. That directed me to the Rack at Lincoln Square South. Had to pay to park (strike one). Contrary to the website, the shirt was not in stock (strike 2). Couldn't get parking validated because I didn't buy anything since the shirt wasn't in stock, cost $5.00 (strike 3 and I'm out!).
