Feel cheated after being a long standing customer. I went to the store to add a line and was informed that the plan amount will be reduced for each line and my overall bill would $10 or more! The overall bill amount has increased by $50 & more! Talking to online agents says that the access charge of $40 per line is expected! This should have been informed when I was taking the line and all I was informed was that my overall amount would increase only by $10.. I am taking my business elsewhere where I can trust!

Att is a rubbish service provider. I hope I can give 0 star. Let me tell you what’s going on. I planned to switch carrier to Att, fill out the application online and they sent the SIM card to me. Except asking me to verify my information before sending out the SIM card, everything is perfect right? And then the hilarious thing happens: I’m not able to activate the SIM card with the online link provided, and I need to talk with a representative. After repeating my IMEI and SIM card ID again and again they told me that they don’t have the permission and I need to go to retail store, and not all of the retail stores are able to help with that. Finally I go to the corporate retail store they said that they are unable to do this as well, this piece of business is controlled by prepaid dept and they cannot do anything with my number cuz the status of the number is occupied by prepaid team. Ok finally let me call the prepaid team, they would help me right? No they won’t, the representative said that the status of the number is in error and I have to use a new number and new sim card. You guess what? They ask me to go to retail store again! And I haven’t done anything incorrect throughout the whole process but eventually I lose my number and still not able to connect to Internet! Cheers!
