The Salon at Pro Sports Club

This is a review of Kayree, in the salon, she's absolutely phenomenal. I searched high and low for a salon in this area that uses Goldwell products (top quality German line), and I am so glad I found her! She gave me the Goldwell Kerasilk treatment :) I have been getting Kerasilk since 2016 and my old stylist was good at the process, but Kayree was excellent. She is very innovative in reducing the amount of pulling and tugging and heat on hair when doing the kerasilk, and was the only stylist I've gone to who made a point of avoiding the 'fast' flat iron process that basically sandwitched the treatment into hair as fast as possible, without much thought to breakage. I can feel a massive difference in softness and smoothness with the way Kayree did my Kerasilk treatment. The Goldwell products are good, but in the hands of an innovative knowledgeable stylist, they are immensely better. Sheree is excellent, and so is Goldwell/Kerasilk. ~Mt1

Wells Fargo Bank

Brand new Wells Fargo bank opened in December of 2020. Located in the Target shopping center. The most unique thing about this Wells Fargo is that there are no tellers, bankers meet with you directly in the lobby and they have ATM's on steroids to distribute money. The bankers were very knowledgable and friendly. The interior design follows the mid-century modern architectural furniture style revival. ~R.

Nordstrom Rack

This 1 star review is specifically for the manager of this outlet. I had bought a pair of sneakers that started tearing from the edges in the 1st hour of wearing them. Went back to the outlet hoping for a resolution on the situation. The lady at the counter refused to return/replace the shoes since I had used them. I insisted on calling the manager. She came out with negative attitude and told me the same thing and I would have left the next second. But then she said this - " What do you expect me to do with these shoes? If I take them back, will you as a customer buy it from us off the rack." I understand the no return policy but really didn't deserve this tone and response. To that manager, do you think other stores who care for their customers put out the used/torn products back on the rack? No, but they still care about the experience people have at their store. Hope she learns to treat customers in a better welcoming way. P.S. I went to the downtown outlet and they were understanding enough to take the return. So in reality the store's policy is not an issue but her attitude was. ~Arshia

Nordstrom Grill

Surprisingly, this was an awesome meal. We shared the cauliflower, which had a great flavor, maybe a little too tender, but really good. I had the crab spaghetti which was absolutely delicious. My wife had the Shrimp and Crab Louie. Both were really good and quite a bit of protein. The salad had more protein than the spaghetti, but it needed more dressing for the seafood. The spaghetti was awesome and the crab was aplenty. The cocktails were very good and beautiful. The Weekend cocktail was great, though since it’s shaken with egg white they needed to either shake with the citrus or put some Peychaud’s bitters on top to cover the smell of dirty dishwater. The dessert was delicious. I had the warm cookie and ice cream and it was better than most I’ve ever tried. Oh, and the service was great. Nothing was slow and everything was handled promptly. ~Suman

Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee

The eBar is the home to one of the best hot chocolates in the state, let alone Seattle or bellevue! It’s literally borderline sipping chocolate - it can be that thick. Which is sometimes good and sometimes a little too much but either way, it’s so far and above what you’ll get elsewhere it’s not even close. Who does these you ask? Faith! Faith is the Queen of drinks with heart here. Dakota lays down a high quality beverage, as do a few other A players! There are some who aren’t as great. But if you come at the right time and get lucky you’ll get a hot cup of joy! And they’re a cool, generous crew and you can tell something is going right there - most of the team has been in place for 1-3 years! Good people, great drinks!! And an awesome outdoor seating area with heat lamps that Nordstrom finally figured out - don’t have empty dining tables out here - continue to have them be open public and coffee shop seating. Much better practically and for the vibe of the area! ~Jamie
