The eBar is the home to one of the best hot chocolates in the state, let alone Seattle or bellevue! It’s literally borderline sipping chocolate - it can be that thick. Which is sometimes good and sometimes a little too much but either way, it’s so far and above what you’ll get elsewhere it’s not even close. Who does these you ask? Faith! Faith is the Queen of drinks with heart here. Dakota lays down a high quality beverage, as do a few other A players! There are some who aren’t as great. But if you come at the right time and get lucky you’ll get a hot cup of joy! And they’re a cool, generous crew and you can tell something is going right there - most of the team has been in place for 1-3 years! Good people, great drinks!! And an awesome outdoor seating area with heat lamps that Nordstrom finally figured out - don’t have empty dining tables out here - continue to have them be open public and coffee shop seating. Much better practically and for the vibe of the area!

Always a good cup of coffee. ALWAYS the nicest people. Always reliably good. I've been getting coffee from Nordstrom in Bellevue for so long - decades. They are *amazing*.

Descent coffee, usually not much of a wait in mornings. Convenient to shopping at Nordstroms, but the competition has much better coffee just a few steps South. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world 🌎

Run, boys and girls, I don’t understand how they can make a drink so horrible. I order two drinks, coconut lime refresher and cold brew orange twist, they all taste so wired. It’s great to have some idea on drink but they just not goes together!!!

The coffee here is decent but they charge the premium price since it is located inside the store. There is also a line at rush hours. There are definitely better coffee choices in the mall.

This place stops serving blended drinks at 2000 even though they don’t close till 2100. The cashier looked back and saw the blender is clean she said they can’t serve smoothies anymore. The fact that I questioned it. She got an attitude. Poor customer service and ruined the other drinks I ordered.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a coke over ice. Staff couldn’t figure out how to put a scoop of ice in a cup without making me wait 20 minutes. Spend your money elsewhere.

Lady working there named "Victoria" totally ignored me and my son. We were standing there for 2minutes, she didn't say hi or anything. Until a lady (a regular because Victoria knows her by name) came andVictoria greeted her, made her drink, and checked her out with her purchase. Lady said to Victoria "weren't they first?" (Talking about my son and I). Victoria didn't say anything. Another barista came behind the counter and she helped us. I told my son, "That lady (Victoria) was rude." My son replied, "why mommy? Is it because she said hi to everyone but not us?"

Friendly staff. Very busy, but nearly no wait. My mocha had the right mix of delicious flavors. Enjoyed every drop. Plenty of seating to enjoy your coffee with available wifi.
