I go here at least once a week. Order has never been wrong, and I am writing this because I went to another Panera Bread, and they were out of five different products in my cart. I switched locations, and my order is now 15 minutes late, and it isn't even busy in here. This team in Factoria knows how to handle a rush, and even through the busiest times, my order is never over 10 minutes late and never wrong. Sometimes the amount of sauce on a sandwhich is inconsistent, but I cant even complain about that.

They won’t answer the phone when called. Placed online pick up order. System bugged out & set my order for pickup tomorrow. No way to get my order fixed in time for my lunch break today without them answering phones. I’ll be doing business elsewhere for my lunch time from now on.

I ordered chipotle chx scrmbl egg&avo a la carte bacon sat at table with #24. Bacon came on sandwich which i had to pic up she takes bacon off sandwich then gave it to me p.s bacon was cold rest of food was hot. They brought others ther food yell my name for pick up. I was here this morning for breakfast and the staff was impatient and snapped at me for no reason. I am completely unaware where his attitude came from considering it was just the beginning of the day. I am not gonna call out his name here, he wore a zone lead badge and definitely need some extra nudge on customer service.

I live here nearby and come to this location once a week. Every time I order Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich; this time it was too salty, wet and I found avocado stem end piece. Didn’t make a big deal out this, I hope you guys read this review.

This Panera is easy to access and even has quick parking out front so you can pop in and pop out. Just park at the curb in front of the entrance. The take out option makes it super simple to walk in and grab your food. I've never had any trouble, even if I show up a bit early for my take out order.

Updated. 2 Month later still the same. Frontega chicken sandwich should be good by now but not. At this location my Grilled Frontega chicken sandwich was dry and not grilled. They didn’t put enough of sauce in it and didn’t grill the bread. I usually order grilled frontera chicken sandwich at Panera. And based on Different Panera bread restaurant this sandwich might be a bit different. But I like when it’s juicy and bread is lightly grilled.

Delicious!! It was a pretty full restaurant being connected to a shopping centre.. but still had quick and friendly service. Had a Cobb Salad and a French Onion Soup/Asian Chicken Salad Combo. So good! 4 star because the ambience wasn’t as pleasant inside with the mall noise.
