We went to this location on 1464, it was around 8 pm Sunday. Not sure who the manager is, but they had all outside lights off. We drove around and the screen where you order food from was also off. The employees were in the front of the restaurant. We were very confused. Then we saw a car pull and order food, and all of a sudden, all the lights outside were turned on. That was misleading. We thought the restaurant was closed. Not sure what’s going on there. It’s not the first time this happens.

The lobby area is dirty and there was no ice. It was also hot inside??? I couldn’t even eat my food inside I had to go to my car. Why is this lobby so dirty and there is seven people working in the kitchen.

I enjoyed a delicious grilled chicken sandwich, juicy and fresh. I was even surprised the took my order to my table I guess they are working more on customer service

Got all I wanted, they didn’t mess up my order, most importantly, their ice cream/ milkshake machine was still working at almost 11pm.

I tried the vanilla shake and it was so good. I would come back for the shakes. The drive-thru experience was friendly at this location.

This was the condition of the egg in my breakfast sandwich and the manager refused to refund me for this sandwich??? If my egg is rotten and green why can’t I get a refund??

So the staff is nice and obviously super busy, but whoever is ordering their stock is absolute garbage at it. They rarely have specific food you order and especially in busy times you are stuck ordering something else because you can't get out of line.. Update 5/19 : Sole employee running the shop. Cooking. Cleaning. Taking Orders. Get your management in there and stop abusing the employees loyalty and need for a job.

Horrible customer service I contact them earlier at approximately 12:20 am about my door dash delivery before I can finish my sentence the 3rd shift manager (sounded like she was African cause she had an accent I think her name starts with a B ) told me that it didn’t have nothing to do with them and hung up in my face I called back they ignored and continue to pick up the phone and hang up in my face multiple times I have a screen recording to show proof and all I wanted to tell them is that my package wasn’t sealed correctly I ordered a milkshake and churros the milkshake just had a regular top on it with the hole in the middle still open & the bag the churros came in was not sealed like come on now you really think this is safe to eat

One word: Horrible! I would never go back to this place again even if there is nothing else around for food. 1. They got my order incorrectly 2. Tried to tell me a salad has always come with cheeze while we had a sald made WITHOUT cheese before 3. Took the salad back, took out the cheese and handed back to us. We still saw cheese particles sticking on the clear cap. We could not accept that because my wife is alergic to cheese. Rolled her eyes and said they cannot do return & refund. 4. Gave me and my wife an attitude when we asked to speak to the manager 5. No manager on duty, just a bunch of teenage employees were running amok with zero customer service skill whatsoever. 6. Manager got the phone and told us he is 45 minutes away and cannot be there to handle a refund. We specifically asked whether he would be there in 45 minutes. 7. We came back an hour later, the manager was nowhere to be seen. 8. Another employee at this time told us the manager will not scheduled to be in until tomorrow, and we have to go back if we want our refund. So, the entire day of operation with no manager nor any supervision at all. They can take your money but don't expect any refund or return. I felt that I am back in 1980s again. 9. In general, this is a second incident at two different Jack in the Box's in couple months. Similar experiences, both employees and managers on/off duties have NO customer services at all. Jack in the Box has gone down hill! I used to think Jack's food was great, but without the customer services, their business really a D- in performances.
