This burger King has the 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches clearly advertised as 2 sandwiches for $4 dollars, but they charge $5....even though it's advertised for $4.. The young cashier and his manager say their Franchise owner just hadn't changed the advertising. The address 10414 Richmond Ave., Houston, TX 77042. This is False Advertising!

I placed my order in drive-through they charged me for it and when I get home stuff was missing out of my bag and I called and complained about it but nothing got done. Super bad customer service. Don’t waste your time or money here

Convenient place by freeway, clean place, polite staff. The only complain is that it was too hot. I know htown weather is 100° some days and you want to enjoy a fast meal in a cool place, not here. My grandkids enjoy their meals, but they too complained about how hot it was.

Cold fries, not fresh and missing a patty from my double impossible burger I ordered via Uber Eats. Called restaurant immediately, but no answer.

They have very good hamburgers and you can apply coupons, the delivery is fast and the staff is friendly, only access to the curbside is a bit complicated.

I've gone to this location on Richmond 3 times for breakfast now. No one comes to take your order at I drive thru. I honk, say hello several times The breakfast needs to be swapped asap. I'm going to leave a negative review anytime I come here

This burger king is attached to the convenience store of a gas station. The restaurant is spacious and clean. You can clearly see the kitchen area (there's no dividing wall), and I feel confident that my food was prepared in both a clean and hygienic environment. The food has been fresh every time I've ordered here. The one really big downfall is the food has never been hot. It's usually correct through. And the staff is friendly. ------------------------------------ PROS: Fresh food, correct orders, clean kitchen, knowledgeable staff. CONS: Cold food. RECOMMEND? Yes, if food being luke-warm is not a big deal to you.
