Worst customer service!! They will rush you when taking your order and they’ll give you an attitude while taking it.

Terrible service , food is never complete, there is always something missing & I had a worker there claiming “I hit his truck” red f-150 than proceed to try to fight me over it. I told him to call the police since I allegedly hit his truck and he refused cause he knew the damage was already done before I even got there. This all happened Tuesday may 31 2022. I will be reporting this to the police if nothing is done about it & will be pressing charges.

I just drove through the drive-through on Bissonnet in Houston and the staff were shooting pellet guns at each other inside the building with me at the window and customers sitting and trying to eat. Two times the pellets were shot at the guy that was re-entering my order because it wasn’t put in the system and he cursed them each time. I yelled that they need to act more professional and when he finally brought back my food that was not correct. I told him “that’s a good way to get fired”, and he shut the window.

Please be advised, it’s illegal to operate a food establishment business that has lobby seating /dining without a “working” restroom. Sign on locked door states: Restroom is for paying customers only and to ask front counter employee to open the door for access to the restrooms. Well I was a paying customer and after placing and paying for my order I requested restroom access. I was then told by the front line man the restroom was broken/out of order. Hope the Harris County Department of Health comes out for an inspection and see if they get told this. Food order was accurate however it wasn’t that hot at all. The elderly lady who took my order was very polite and nice and she deserves the 5 stars but overall the way everything else went with the restroom issue and the food not being that hot at all, I do not recommend this location and will not be coming back ever again.

The manager has his girlfriend in the building after the lobby is closed .The night manager didn't even have a uniform on nor his mask since its required instead of the building posted on the door. The metro bus operators have to use this place for a bathroom and they dont have the common decency to let them use the bathroom this place should be shut down for poor customer ,poor food quality and the community hates this location apparently. This place is filthy ,grotesque and needs a complete new overhaul on employees including management .from the looks of the location its the only thing around to eat the only real reason this place has business is because of that. Unworthy of the Bk burger King name.

This place is like a day or nite ... During the day it's some what ok but now I've gone at nite and it's like they do not care .. and always says they run out of things makes seem they don't like working ... Always after drive threw order have to Waite literally 20 mins for them to bring the food to my car in the front and they don't have noone inside or drive threw has other cars come around as well .. and on top forget some things like bacon or cheese last time we went .. the buns were burnt really sad but we was hungry we didn't bother go back fries wass cold I mean we live one street over .... this has to stop with that place ... That's not right sorry but Tru .... Look at the proof on pics

Went today and when I was about to bite it again I notice the bread had mold, and the soda taste nasty won't be coming here never again spend $22 and all the food is going in the trash the other ocs had a weird taste!!!!

First of all this place is nasty!! The drink area smells like trash, sticky, got flies😒. Next, customer service is atrocious. Didn’t like Burger King anyways and this location just sealed it up. Don’t know how people eat here. Ugh 😑 *shivers* This place is a dump.
