Horrible customer service, Hannah had an attitude!! cash only! I wanted to turn around but there was a car behide me and the one way design I couldn't pull around so I waited in line until I was at the window. Since I waited why not try to order at the window so I asked how much exactly is it going to be? ( I WASNT SURE I HAD THE CASH) She said the price 5.19 and insisted I go back around and order because I didn't order at the speaker she said (they can't its a waste of their time and I have other orders behide me) I drove off after she told me all this RUDLY!! I'll never stop there again! 4400 W fuqua. ~Josh

The manager has his girlfriend in the building after the lobby is closed .The night manager didn't even have a uniform on nor his mask since its required instead of the building posted on the door. The metro bus operators have to use this place for a bathroom and they dont have the common decency to let them use the bathroom this place should be shut down for poor customer ,poor food quality and the community hates this location apparently. This place is filthy ,grotesque and needs a complete new overhaul on employees including management .from the looks of the location its the only thing around to eat the only real reason this place has business is because of that. Unworthy of the Bk burger King name. ~Jarel

Convenient place by freeway, clean place, polite staff. The only complain is that it was too hot. I know htown weather is 100° some days and you want to enjoy a fast meal in a cool place, not here. My grandkids enjoy their meals, but they too complained about how hot it was. ~Carmen

Does this look like a chicken sandwich to you? No? Me neither. You see, I ordered a number TEN, but since this SONIC hires people who don't speak English, they prepared a number TWO. SONIC doesn't care about your community or you. They can't be bothered to hire local people who speak the local language. Immigration services should probably pay this place a visit, because I suspect they are breaking labor laws. ~Cyprus

This location is extremely horrible!!! The general manager Dawn is very rude and inconsiderate. The food is always sloppy,half or overcooked. Workers doesn’t dress in uniform properly. I’m a daily customer and there is always workers hanging around the building smoking no telling what! They close a few times a week early. Liz always tell me she takes customers money for her pocket and not ring things up. The ice cream machine is never cleaned as well as the soda machine. Slime is in this place and it doesn’t seem to be cleaned well because the outside is always nasty. I don’t see how they have customers that they do. My nephew worked at this location months ago and said everything in this place is totally disgusting!!! Health department needs to check this place out ASAP!!!! ~Bigg

Should've just ordered a medium or maybe not because i would get a small....do yall have Extra Large so i can get a Large from yall. And no none fell out into bag thats how it came both of the large fries I ordered ~Eduardo

Very slow, not great customer service. the drive through line piled up, the speaker to order was broken, and the wait was extremely long. It took almost 10 minutes to attend 1 order. It looks like the place is understaffed, i don’t blame the employees because they’re working hard, i blame the management. The food is good but the way this place runs is unorganized, slow, and inefficient. ~Domingo

I would give a 5 but you guys have been slipping lately. You guys used to be perfect all the time and that made you guys stand out from the rest. But these last 2 times, you let me down. This is not an extra most bestest. And I had to cut the pizza myself. Guys don't slack off, and don't disappoint your loyal customers. Please don't make this mistake again ~ssj2camaro21

This is probably the best Popeyes I’ve ate at. I’ve been here a few times and was never disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite menu item. The staff here is nice and service is prompt. The only thing that kept me from giving this restaurant 5 stars is that the place could be a bit more tidy. Other then that, the place is amazing. ~Russ

The worst experience I've had at an otherwise wonderful location. My buns were burned, and I only received a handful of fries. The meat patty was pretty cold in the middle. This is the second time I've had a bad experience here in the last couple of weeks, but ultimately this one stood out. ~Chelsi
