The breakfast tacos are really good, store is clean and the staff is pleasant. Only the pumps have broken and unreadable screens. Good company but doesn't care about the outside pumps paying convenience. I would still give it a 4 star rating. ~diana

Clean, well stocked store, right off the Beltway. Gas prices are $.30/gal higher than other places. Parking lot is well lit. ~Cindy

This is my first time coming here and I had a great experience! All of the employees were really kind and friendly as soon as I came in. They answered my questions and checked me out quickly. The coffee and sandwich I purchased was delicious and fresh tasting. Price wise, I think it’s cheap and great for what you pay for. Will definitely come back to try more! ~CG

The manager has his girlfriend in the building after the lobby is closed .The night manager didn't even have a uniform on nor his mask since its required instead of the building posted on the door. The metro bus operators have to use this place for a bathroom and they dont have the common decency to let them use the bathroom this place should be shut down for poor customer ,poor food quality and the community hates this location apparently. This place is filthy ,grotesque and needs a complete new overhaul on employees including management .from the looks of the location its the only thing around to eat the only real reason this place has business is because of that. Unworthy of the Bk burger King name. ~Jarel

Convenient place by freeway, clean place, polite staff. The only complain is that it was too hot. I know htown weather is 100° some days and you want to enjoy a fast meal in a cool place, not here. My grandkids enjoy their meals, but they too complained about how hot it was. ~Carmen

Definitely not your typical shaved ice. We really enjoyed this. It’s a much different way to eat boba since not using a straw, They have many different flavors but we got the green tea. This location is extremely horrible!!! The general manager Dawn is very rude and inconsiderate. The food is always sloppy,half or overcooked. Workers doesn’t dress in uniform properly. I’m a daily customer and there is always workers hanging around the building smoking no telling what! They close a few times a week early. Liz always tell me she takes customers money for her pocket and not ring things up. The ice cream machine is never cleaned as well as the soda machine. Slime is in this place and it doesn’t seem to be cleaned well because the outside is always nasty. I don’t see how they have customers that they do. My nephew worked at this location months ago and said everything in this place is totally disgusting!!! Health department needs to check this place out ASAP!!!! ~Bigg

Very slow, not great customer service. the drive through line piled up, the speaker to order was broken, and the wait was extremely long. It took almost 10 minutes to attend 1 order. It looks like the place is understaffed, i don’t blame the employees because they’re working hard, i blame the management. The food is good but the way this place runs is unorganized, slow, and inefficient. ~Domingo
