I purchase all of my Gasoline here. My car drives better with it. I guess it's a better gas quality than most. I'm very impressed with Shell.

Diesel pumps are so slow they may as well not work at all, This happens every time I’ve been here and every time the attendant lies and says the other one works and it doesn’t

Clean, well stocked store, right off the Beltway. Gas prices are $.30/gal higher than other places. Parking lot is well lit.

I bought a candy for my daughter which has no price on it and the guy who I think is the owner (India or Pakistan) charged me $3.35 I ask him why it so high? He said that what it is, do you want it or not? I walk out. Rude and disrespectful!

They tried to overcharge me for one item, but I cancelled the transaction and put it back. Then, I still got overcharged by a few dollars because the night attendant charged me for the incorrect items.

They dont even deserve one star. They are rasict and they look everybody up and down. Very rude and they all lool like they hate their job. Kevin the cashier has no customer service and the manager is even worse. Ladies do not come here all they do is look at you up and down and check you out. They took 5 minutes out of my time just to “check my ID”. Nonw of your business what I buy and how I use it. Learn some respect, guys in that age should know better how to talk and act. You are old and not a teenager.

Do not go to this Shell... The night attendant is stealing credit card numbers and is a pervert. I was not sure, but am 100% now. We have had 4 other people report their numbers being used after visiting this location. Not to mention that he changes the price of items to whatever he wants. If you ignore his flirting - you get charged a lot of "tax". If you pay cash - no receipt. If you use your card - you will have charges off 1960 within a few days. I tried to report him to the manager but he yelled and said I need to come up there to his face. It appears that the new management is supporting the theft. My recommendation - avoid at all costs. The convenience is not worth physical or monetary safety.

Although you think it's a good thing to have to be let in, you also have to be let out. My 15 year old niece went in to use the bathroom while we were getting gas. Before she was let out, the attendant called her over and tried to get her to engage in sexual acts. If you must use this gas station, DO NOT go in alone.
